Donc impossible sur une autre partition, hélas.

Voila je viens d'essayer ubuntu one, et je voudrais mettre mon dossier "ubuntu one" sur une autre partition que mon Home. J'ai essayer mais en faisant une synchronisation tout mes fichiers se sont effacés.
D'ou ma question est-ce possible?
