Petit up, je n'ai toujours pas trouvé de solution, je tente de réinstaller mes pilotes propriétaires de carte graphique, pour voir si ça ne serait pas de là que vient le problème ...

EDIT : j'arrive à lancer Call of duty 4 sans autres problèmes qu'un son qui grésille, donc ça vient malheureusement de mon cd de AOEII ... je vais essayer avec la version d'un ami, pour confirmer mes inquiétudes ...

Pour ma config :

Intel CORE 2 Duo P7450 @ 2.13GHz
4Go RAM
GPU : GeForce GT 130M (mémoire vidéo 1024Mo)
pilotes nvidia version 304.43

Pour ce qui est du jeu, c'est la version CD de la collector (celle contenant le 1, l'extension du 1, le 2 et son extension)
version de wine : 1.4
ubuntu 12.04

petite mise à jour de mon problème :

J'ai essayé d'installer un autre jeu que AOE II (call of duty 4 en l’occurrence) et là j'arrive à lancer le jeu, mais il crash une fois que je lance une nouvelle partie ...

J'ai pourtant les pilotes propriétaires pour la carte graphique et j'ai installé directx9 ...

Le problème vient donc de wine, mais impossible d'en définir l'origine ...

J'ai supprimé le jeu totalement, mais le problème persiste, l'installation se fait correctement, mais le jeu ne se lance pas ...

La réinstallation ne suffit donc pas, j'ai l'impression qu'il lui manque quelque chose pour se lancer, mais je ne sais pas quoi ...

Quand je lance le empires2.exe avec wine directement, j'ai droit à ça dans le terminal :

oui alors tu as du oublié de supprimer le dossier contenant le jeu.
Soit il est dans ".playonlinux/prefix/AoE2" ou bien dans ".wine" de ton dossier perso.

J'ai toujours le même message d'erreur ...

(surprenant d'ailleurs qu'il ne m'ait pas demandé d'installer AOE2 après la purge de wine (le menu du jeu proposait directement de jouer, pas d'installer), il aurait du supprimer les fichiers d'installation aussi non ?)

Sinon, peut-etre que tu peux essayer de lançer ton jeu en utilisant seulement wine.

sudo apt-get remove --purge playonlinux wine
sudo apt-get install wine

puis

cd /monchemin/vers/lecd
wine lefichiersetup_ou_autorun.exe

Je comprends rien aux messages d'erreurs mais apparemment, AoE 2 devrait pas poser de problème

Ça n'a pas réglé le problème

De plus, à chaque fois que je lance wine il m'indique qu'un programme non identifié a rencontré un problème sérieux et doit être fermé ... quand j'affiche plus de détails il m'indique :

Comment accède t-on à ce menu ? Je n'ai aucun menu quand je lance wine, c'est un menu de playonlinux ?

EDIT : Je viens de trouver le menu, je vais réessayer (il était sur windows xp ... mais ça aurait du fonctionner vu que AOE2 est sorti en 2000 il me semble)

Alors voilà mon problème : j'ai découvert playonlinux récemment et ai tenté de le faire installer age of empire 2. L'installation se passe bien, je quitte l'installation, je vois qu'il est ajouté à la liste de jeux, jusque là tout va bien. (Je l'ai installé via la version CD)

N'étant pas encore un vétéran de GNU/Linux, je poste ici en désespoir de cause, n'ayant pas trouvé de solution à mon problème sur google ou sur les forums anglophones (ou alors j'ai vraiment mal regardé ><)

Quelqu'un aurait-il déjà eu ce problème ou le cas échéant comprendrait ce charabia et pourrait m'aider à le décrypter pour que je sache ne serait-ce que la cause du problème ?
