Nous aussi nous avons débuté et maintenant nous aidons les nouveaux ubunteros
Pour rechercher si le paquet broadcom-machin est installé, ma combine, c'est :
1 tu ouvres le gestionnaire de paquets synaptic (que je préfère à la logithèque, question de goût, il est plus bavard quand il installe et c'est instructif)
2 tu tapes "broadcom" dans "filtre rapide" et tu vas voir la liste des paquets où on parle de broadcom
3 si la case qui correspond à "broadcom-sta-common" n'est pas cochée, un clic dessus pour demander l'installation, puis un clic sur "appliquer"

Et là j'espère que ta machine discutera en wifi
Je crois qu'il faut redémarrer pour que le pilote soit reconnu et pris en compte.

ma carte wifi n'est plus détecter après installation de ubuntu 12.04
je tiens a préciser que j'ai essayer de faire ce qui est proposer sur les ancienne discussions mais ça marche toujours pas.
je suis nouveau dans le monde ubuntu et je ne le maîtrise pas vraiment
je suis étudiant et le seul moyen de se connecté a la fac c'est le wifi
sinon j'arrive a me connecté avec cable chez moi
le modèle de l’ordinateur c'est un dell vostro 1710
ci dessous le resultat afficher par le terminal après saisie des commandes.
merci d'avance pour votre aide
