Bonjour
Mon problème semble réglé; je pense que, sans le savoir, j'ai appliqué le dernier post de Bahoui.
Je ne mets pas encore en résolu car je vais réouvrir ubuntu et redemander la mise à jour;
Si c'est ok je mettrai en résolu sinon je dirai ce qu'il en est.

il faut que tu fermes les gestionnaires de paquets ( maj, synaptic, logithèque...) puis tu relances la commande . les balises code c'est <> en bleu, dans la barre d'outils des messages . tu colles le résultat entre les 2 balises.

Tu es bloqué par /var/lib/dpkg/, il te faut le supprimer

sudo rm -fi /var/lib/dpkg/

j'ai fait la manip d'optiplast. Cela a fait disparaître le message mais le gestionnaire reste inerte.

tu as activé le cd-rom comme source de mise à jour. voir http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/tutoriel/comme … ources_maj Une fois la Logithèque lancée, cliquez sur Édition → Sources de logiciels pour modifier.

Ouvre un terminal et donne le retour complet (de la commande en elle-même jusqu'au retour au prompt) de la commande:

sudo apt-get update

C'est sans doute dû à un problème de connexion. Tu peux réessayer les mises à jour en vérifiant que ton pc est bien connecté sur Internet?
Excuse moi, ce n'est pas ça.
En fait ton système recherche toujours le cd d'installation que tu as utilisé pour installer Ubuntu, alors qu'il n'en a plus besoin.
Il faudrait que tu ouvres synaptic dans . si tu ne l'as pas tu peux l'installer en lançant dans un terminal

sudo apt-get install synaptic

Une fois ouvert tu vas dans "configuration" puis "dépôts"
Enfin tu vas dans l'onglet Autres logiciels pour décocher la première ligne celle qui indique cdrom.

Une fois fait tu peux faire les mises à jour sans qu'il y ait de message d'erreur.
Si tu ne comprends pas n'hésite pas à le dire.

Il faut que tu utilises la touche pour arriver sur puis appuie sur . Tu es dans un terminal donc c'est normal qu'avec un clic de souris ça ne fonctionne pas, ça se fait seulement par clavier.

Mon gestionnaire de mise à jour reste bloqué sur la fenêtre suivante:

Si on appuie sur ok rien ne se passe; malgré ma méconnaissance de l'anglais je crois comprendre qu'il s'agit de charger une police mais que celle ci dépend d'un propriétaire tiers.
Que veut dire exactement le message et y a t il un moyen de débloquer mon gestionnaire de mise à jour?
