Le mieux serait que tu passes par le serveur audio Jack, que ce soit avec Audacity ou avec Ardour.
Il y a là-bas un petit tuto concernant la première approche de Jack.

Sinon tu devras utiliser les deux sources pour synchroniser le tout. C'est possible avec Audacity mais c'est plus simple avec Ardour.
Va plutôt  demander sur le forum de linuxmao. Là y'a des boss qui pourront d'aider plus que moi. wink

Tu enregistres comment ? Je demande ça parce que audacity est sur Alsa et que ton micro doit être sur pulseadio et c'est pour cela que tu pourrais avoir un décalage.
Pulseaudio est plus lent que Alsa donc avec pavucontrol réussir tu peux à rééquilibrer le tout.

Mais bon c'est juste une idée. Je l"avais utilisée pour synchroniser une vidéo d'un film US et une VHS fr. big_smile
