il te faut
1/ ajouter le dépôt pmcenery dans tes sources, pour le faire :

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:pmcenery/ppa && sudo apt-get update

2/ installer les 2 paquets nécessaires :
libimobiledevice2 :

sudo apt-get install libimobiledevice2

et le paquet libimobiledevice-utils :

sudo apt-get install libimobiledevice-utils

Ensuite seulement tu peux faire :

idevicepair unpair && idevicepair pair
