Si le pauvre croyant qui a sorti cette abération peut apporter la moindre preuve que la présence de la religion a fait progresser l'humanité, je suis preneur.

Moi je veux bien relever le défi, mais alors, il faut aller non pas dans les religions actuelles, mais vers les religions de maniere plus globales :

-L'enterrement des individus (mort de préférence) concorde avec une pensée spirituelle qui se détache du matériel (esprit etc...), en ce sens, la religion a permis (a cette époque) de  dinstinguer définitivement l'Homme de l'animal prmitf

-L'art et l'architecture ont longtemps profité d'un fort dévelopement grâce à la religion. De plus, ils sont des vecteurs qui permettent d'imposer au monde matériel l'empreinte de l'esprit humain.

-Science et religion ne sont pas oposée, elles sont complémentaires. En effet, des grandes inventions furent marqué par l'empreinte de la religion notament la médecine. Ce qu'on considérait comme magique avait généralement des vertues caritative. De plus, je me pose sincérement la question suivante : que se passerait-il si la science se verait privé du frein religieux ? Car la religion est tout de même un ensemble de morales qui, quoi qu'on en dise, sont a la base de toute les sociétés et de pas mal de comportement sociaux

Pour ma part, la religion n'est autre qu'une preuve de l'evolution humaine, elles sont pour nous obsolète, mais rapelez vous que plus des 2/3 de la population est croyante et l'humanité existe toujours a ce que je sache...:rolleyes:
Après, effectivement la religion peut être dangeureux, si, comme il a été tres intéligement souligné, elle dérive ce qui est généralement le cas dès qu'elle s'institutionalise (au sens socilogique du terme, en créant une comunauté fédéré autour d'un systeme de pensée et d'organisations interne).


Bref, le mot de la fin sera de vous dire qu'il ne faut pas prendre la religion et ses textes au pieds de la lettre, il faut le voir comme une métaphore visant a établir la création d'un code de comportement et l'acces a une pleinitude spirituelle et qui fut instauré par une personne précise a un temps précis : ce qui peux sembler abhérant dans une religion ne le devient plus forcément lorsqu'on adopte un point de vue différent, bref peace, et ne cherche pas LA religion, mais Votre religion, ce qui est fondamentalement différent wink

Nb : biensur, cela ne dépend que de mon point de vue, peut-être est-il erroné, mais sans preuve contraire le l'existance ou de la non existance, je prefere largement m'imposer mes propres règles smile Au passages, je recommande chaudement "Les thanatonautes" et "l'empire des anges" des Werber, histoire d'avoir une autre vision des religions

Désolé shamanphenix, j'avais plus dans l'idée d'un acte montrant un respect du mort, je n'ai cité l'exemple de l'enterement qu'a titre d'exemple concret.

Saloute smile

Un truc qui me rendait tristounet avec le client linux, c'est de ne pas avoir la possibilité de visioner les vidéos de la campagne solo du jeu sad

Ne vous en déplaise, j'ai farfouillé un peu sur le net et je suis tombé sur "nwmovies". Kézako ? C'est un petit malin qui a réussi a faire en sorte qu'il soit possible de visioner les vidéos via binkplayer ou (si on encode en mpeg) avec mplayer diréctement au lancement du jeu big_smile

Bon il faut dire la chose tel qu'elle est : il est tres aléatoire en mode plein écran, l'idéal étant de lancer le jeu en mode fenetré. Dès lors, une nouvelle fenetre se lance et on voit les vidéos.

Cependant, mode fenetré oblige, ma souris reste ancré a l'intérieur de la fenetre "neverwinter nights" et par voie de conséquence, il est impossible de passer outre les vidéos d'intro ( si nue personne utilise nwn en mode fenétré et qu'il sait comment faire en sorte qu'on puisse minimiser/faire sortir le pointeur/séléctioner une autre fenetre, je suis preneur )


Pour voir les vidéos dans le jeu :

Téléchargez la derniere version de nwmovies ici

Téléchargez BinkPlayer ici

1)Copiez "nwmovies-latest.tar.gz" dans votre répértoire de jeu

2) Installez les packets de developpement pour SDL et Elf. Vous aurez aussi besoin de gcc

sudo apt-get install build-essential libelfg0-dev libsdl1.2-dev libsdl-gfx1.2-4 libsdl-mixer1.2

3) Instalez nwmovies en faisant :

./nwmovies_install.pl /usr/lib/libSDL-1.2.so.0

NB : Si vous avez instalé le jeu dans le répertoire /usr/local/games , lancez le script avec sudo wink

4) Editez le script "nwn" via gedit, et mettez la ligne suivante juste au dessus de ./nwmain $@ :

export LD_PRELOAD=./nwmovies.so

5) Copiez BinkLinuxPlayer.zip dans le repertoire du jeu et dézippez via un :

unzip BinkPlayer.zip

Maintenant, lancez le jeu. La première fois, nwmovies créera (oula pas sur de l'ortho) un fichier cache pour vos cinématiques. Comme il sera dit dans le terrminal, lancez le jeu une seconde fois wink

NB : pour ma part, je ne peu voir les vidéos uniquement en mode fenetré, il est dit sur le site de nwmovies qu'il suffit de recompiler Libsdl avec un patch permettant d'avoir les vidéos en plein écran. Pour ma part, ayant de bien meileur performance en mode fenetré, ca me gene pas plus smile

Bonjour smile

Voila étant sous Xubuntu, j'ai mis sur ma barre des mini icones de lancement rapide. Seul Problemme, je dois inscrire la commande "aoss /opt/swiftfox/firefox" et le problemme c'est que :
-c'est long comme comande (flemmard inside)
-quand on laisse la souris pointé sur le petit icone on vois la commande en entier ce qui est euh pas tres esthétique hmm (oué je sais je suis chieur dans mon genre tongue )

Donc ma question : peut-on créer une commande dans le genre "aoss swiftfox" qui reglerait tout mes soucis big_smile

NB : impossible de metre swiftfox 1.5.0.7, ca refuse d'instaler language switcher ou "fr.xpi" hmm

Moi ca m'interesse, étant fan de xfce, je suis sur xubuntu et j'aprécie réelement la légertée du tout smile
Mais seul problemme, c'était les freezes continuels qui m'on obligé a désactivé l'acceleration graphique (enfin je dis ca, j'ai aussi désactivé l'acpi et apic alors je sais pas si c'est du au drivers ou a la gestion de l'alim hmm )

Zenwalk est-il aussi agréable d'utilisation (j'entend par la pas trop dépaysant par rapport a ubuntu) ? Je vais voir un peu de ce qu'il en retourne smile

Je te recommande de lancer le jeux en mode fenetré (je pense que tu dois faire la commande genre "savage --windowed" ou un truc du genre) et surtout de lancer le jeu ia le terminal pour voir les erreurs wink

bah, personellemenr je peux pas t'aider, mais je te conseil de faire des recherches a partir de cet erreur, ou d'attendre qu'une personne daigne t'aider efficacement ^^

Bonjour smile

Etant un fan de la legertée, je me suis mis a Xubuntu que je trouve pour ma part quasi-parfait smile
Je dis presque car malheureusement, mon pc (un pc fixe medion, pentium IV HT avec CG nvidia) freeze totalement et lamentablement et ce aléatoirement me laissant généarlement comme un pignouf devant son pc hmm

Peut être, remarque j'ai instaler Swiftfox et la plus de freeze smile
Firefox était peut etre le soucis ? De mémoire je me rapele d'avoir également bugé sans avoir a utiliser firefox hmm

Verdict : non toujours les freeze, j'ai rajouté l'option "acpi=off" a GRUB, nada, j'ai desactivé l'acceleration 3D, ca semble aller, mais il faudrait 48h sans freeze pour en etre conaincu hmm

Sinon, comment conaitre la version de notre driver graphique (nvidia ici présent) ? par coup de synptic ?

oui, enfin la ca a l'air de ce calmer, j'ai désactivé l'acceleration graphique et j'ai ahouté "noapi noalpi acpi=off" (ou un truc du genre, je sais plus) et ca tient bien, mais étrangement, ca ne bug jammais quand j'utilise gaim oO

Enfin je vais voir en réactivant l'acceleration graphique si ca plante toujour

Verdict = négatif sad freeze toujours aussi présents :'(

C'est bon c'est résolu smile il me sufisait de metre "acpi=off" et de passer au noyau -686 (noyau optimisé pour les pentium IV etc...) et depuis tout roule smile

Pour ceux que cela interesse, il y'a eu pas plus tard qu'aujourd'hui un tres bon débat sur france5, dans l'émission "arrêt sur image" pour être précis, qui traitait justement du probleme de la surmédiatisation du couple Segolène-Sarozy, avec comme invité plusieurs journalistes et Bayrou.

Un très bon débat pour une emission tout aussi interessante, je vous recommande d'aller ici wink

Attention, la démocratie Athénienne était tres tres limitée roll

Primo, seul les citoyen athénien (c'est a dire enfants issu de parents athéniens) de sexe masculin participaient a la vie politique.... bref a peine 1/3 de la population hmm
Ensuite, certes les citoyens étaient convié au débats, mais dans les faits tres peu venaient et la cité-état du créer un systeme de compensation financier (bref ils payaient les citoyen qui pouvait venir) et en réalitée seul les gens qui le pouvaient venaient...
Derniere chose, effectivement, le tirage au sort permet une juste equité, mais pose un tres gros probleme : on ne sait pas qui est élu, et l'elu peu etre un inculte completement démago comme un monarque éclairé ..

Comme le dit bien mon titre, j'ai essayé de configurer mon compte msn en passant par http, mais je pense que la version beta de gaim aprécie pas trop hmm

En effet, now a chaque tentative de connexion, il freeze, il se passe rien, nada, j'ai lancé gaim via le terminal et.....nada aussi oO

Je pense donc a faire une désinstalation complete de gaim, mais apres install/réinstall rien n'y fait le problem persiste sad
Je suppose donc qu'un petit fichier (fichier de configuration des comptes je pense) n'espas supprimer hmm Seulement voila, sous xubuntu, pas de search desktop ^^'
Y'avais pas une commande (grep je crois) qui permet de faire une recherche via le terminale ? un "grep gnome" suffirait-il ?

J'aimerais avoir quelques avis/conseils avisé.

Entrant en première année de droit, je me suis posé la question de posséder un pc portable (le campus s'étand doté du wi-fi smile en plus parait que c'est pratique ces bêbêtes là tongue ) . Bien entendu, il y aura de tres fortes chances pour qu'ils tourne sous ubuntu/xubuntu. Mais :

1) Est-il utile d'avoir un pc portable ? (sachant que je possede un pc fixe relié a internet )

2) J'ai trouvé un HP pour 499€ ( évidement, je ne tiens pas a ce que mon pc sois une bête de course, d'ou le fait que j'investisse <800€ dans ce genre de pc ) cela conviendra t-il pour linux ?  De plus, si je ne me trompe pas,  HP a plus ou moins une politique favorable a Linux nan ? )

3) Y'a t-il des logiciels spécifique en fac de droit ? Si oui, y'en a t-il sous linux ?

4)Ubuntu vs Xubuntu (ou autre distribution, a vous de me proposer wink ) : que choisir ? Sachant que j'aimerais quelque chose de réactif, mais xubuntu est-il stable et efficace sous un pc portable ?

5) Dans les campus - si les serveur sont sous windows - la configuration de Samba est-elle simple ( voire même samba est-il nécessaire ? )

6) Des geekettes en fac de droit : mythe ou réalité ? xD

Marcounet, effectivement, l'histoire du Bios est inquiétante, mais (comme je l'ai redit) HP met un politique plus ou moin favorable a linux dans une certaien mesure ?

Bah non, ca sort de pas mal de mon budget initial censé être inférieur a 800€ ^^' et pis le matos d'ocas, mouaip, j'ai une confiance relative quoi hmm

J'ai trouvé cette doc bien foutue et bien pratique qui listait les pc portable, te disant si il y a soucis ou non avec ubuntu et ses suites wink

Je passerai dans l'aprem pour bien noter le model du HP que j'ai vu, et avec de la chance, il sera pleinement comptabile ^^

Mhhh, je dois dire que apres avoir vu l'environement Fluxbox, j'hésite vraiment entre XFCE et Fluxbox ^^'

Fluxbox possède t-il une suite logiciele intéressante ? Je supose bien sur que l'instalation de logiciels issu de KDE ou de Gnome est faisable, mais bon, j'aimerais éviter d'avoir trop de paquets issus de WM différend hmm
De plus, est-il compatible XGL et Compiz ? Parce que j'adorerais avoir quelque chose de léger et d'esthétique smile

Idem pour moi, le chan debian-fr n'est pas toujours aussi acueillant hmm

Comme personne sur le chan ubuntu-jeux ne semblait pouvoir m'aider au sujet de nwmovies (pour voir les vidéos dans neverqinter nights), ni le chan ubuntu d'ailleurs, je me suis dit "bon les debianistes me filerons bien un petit coup de pouce ^^

J'arrive, je salue tout le monde, leur demandant si tout le monde allait bien et je fini par poser ma question. A peine je pose la question on em fait remarquer "linux c'est pas pour les jeux, si tu veux jouer retourne sous windows" etc.. bref, l'impression que pour leur yeux j'était un de ces kévin de 10 ans qui aiment que jouer hmm Sympa....

Si vous avez un problème d'installation, il y a un installeur sur le site Loki Installers for Linux Gamers. Je ne sais pas si c'est le même ?

http://nwn.bioware.com/downloads/linuxclient.html c'est la méthode donnée par Bioware, c'est franchement pas compliqué et surtout ça marche au poil  big_smile (J'ai installé NwN, SoU et HotU sans le moindre souci)

Je connais cette methode, mais ouch, le fichier est trop long et ma connection n'est pas franchement ce qui se fait de plus stable alors bon roll


Au passage, j'ai fait des recherche au sujet de l'erreur que j'avais avec mcop, et il s'agirait d'un probleme lié a Arts mais seul blem... je suis sous gnome ^^'
En farfouillant le net, j'ai trouvé ceci mais je sais pas si ca va réglé mon soucis hmm Je verrais ca demain, il me tarde de voir ma barde jouer sans crachotement de son apres 40 min de jeux lol

A tout hasard je reposte au suket de mon probleme de son, qui se met a sauter méchament (on croirait avoir a faire a un stroumph ivre sous quelques substance ilicites lol ) au bout d'un certain moment...

Des gens on essayé gnome-Arts ?


PS : on peu considéré le topic comem résolu, puisque j'ai instalé le jeux nan ?

Certains me trouverons insistand, usant énervant mais je pense que mon prob devrait mieu être mis ici puisqu'il s'agit d'un soucis de son. En effet, au lancement du jeu, j'ai ce message d'erreur :

mcop warning: user defined signal handler found for SIG_PIPE, overriding

Le jeu se lance normalement, avec le son nikel chrome, mais au bou de 30-35 minutes, le son se met a grésiller, a sauter, bref c'est désagréable sad

J'aimerais qu'on m'eclaire ma lanterne : j'ai appris que mcop est une compostane du son dans KDE (avec aRts ) or je suis sous gnome hmm
Dans mes recherches, je suis tombé sur gnome-aRts, un projet pour mettre aRts sur gnome ( http://www.arts-project.org/doc/gnome-arts-0.1.2.html )
Des gens l'on tésté ? Si oui, ca réglerait mon soucis ?

Pour ma part, je serait partisant d'une méthode plus propre wink
