Bonjour,
J ai apprécié ce tuto trés explicite.
Je suis actuellement dans la situation de faire de même avec Grub 2 et Seven.
Pour l'instant, je cherche à créez un fichier Boot iso pour Virtual Box.
Je travaille à partir de ce site :

J ai trouvé l'option util pour créez un iso de démarrage mais pour l'instant ca lance Grub et un jolie ecran noir mais pas seven....

sudo grub-mkrescue --modules=stage2_eltorito --output=test.img

Pour Seven le fichier Boot.ini n'existe plus et pour l'instant j'ai pas de trouvé de méthode pour créez un petit fichier img.

Si vous avez des idées, n'hésitez pas...

Je continue de tester les options et dés que ca marche Je publierais les informations..

ps : j'utilise actuellement Kubuntu 10.04 Beta et KDE 4.4.2

Les problèmes de compilations sont liées au différentes changement de Kernel.
Je vous indiques celles que j'ai trouvé pour l'instant si cela peut aider.
Ceci est pour le kernel 2.6.39

Premiers Problèmes :

Make s'arrête dés le début.
Ouvrir le fichier config-compat.h situe ds ~/pctv/v4l

Troisièmes Problèmes :

Solutions :

usb_buffer_alloc() is renamed to usb_alloc_coherent()

Cinquième Problèmes

Cette fonction n'existe plus sur le noyau 2.6.39.
Il faut supprimer la ligne au début du fichier et les parties qui y font référence :
lock_kernel et unlock_kernel
Si vous supprimez d'abord la première ligne il vous indiqueras la partie qui faut supprimez.
bttv-driver.c:45:28 ici correspond a la ligne 45...

Sixième Problème :

J'ai le même soucis avec mon LENOVO IDEAPAD Y530 carte son HDA INTEL.
Je suis sous KUBUNTU 64 BIT 11.10
J'ai essaye plusieurs manipulations avant que ça marche.
1 Etape Virez Pulse Audio
2 Etape Faire la modification de fichier comme indiqué au dessus
3 Etape installer un autre Kernel
En occurrence, j'ai installé le Kernel 3.0.8-030008-generic et miracle j'ai ma carte son qui fonctionne du premier coup

Pour installer un autre kernel, j ai été la :

Et j'ai installe Celui-Ci

Dans l'ordre, vous téléchargez celle correspondant a votre architecture :

Linux Image

Puis Installation

sudo dpkg -i linux*

Et après on redémarre
C'est la méthode que j ai trouvé pour faire fonctionner ma carte son et ça fonctionne avec la version Kernel 3.1.

Concernant Pulse audio :
Je ne vais lancer un troll sur le sujet, il n y en as qui l'ont déjà fait :

Pour ma part, je n ai jamais réussi a faire marcher Pulse Audio avec ma config et en plus des problèmes de Flash sous youtube et Skype.

Le fait de supprimer Pulse Audio c'est enlever une couche supplémentaire pour le son.
Avec juste Alsa tout fonctionne bien sauf que mon dernier problème en date est le passage en Kernel 3.0. que j'ai résolu en essayant un autre kernel.

Point particulier, il faut installer gstreamer-alsa pour que l’environnement multimédia communique avec ta carte son.

Tu peux aussi teste cette méthode en installant les derniers drivers hda :
Tu rajoute un depot PPA

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-audio-dev/alsa-daily

Tu install tes source du Noyau

sudo apt-get install linux-source

Puis tu install dkms-hda

sudo apt-get install dkms-hda

Celui va installer les mise a jours des pilotes HDA pour la carte son, tu redémarre.
Si cela ne marche pas tu as juste a le désinstaller, il fait le ménage tout seul.

Je cherche en vain a faire fonctionner mes enceintes de mon portable Ideapad Y 530.
J'ai suivi les différents tutoriels. Avant la 10.04, il suffisait de rajouter une ligne a la fin du fichier /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf.

options snd-hda-intel model=auto
ou
options snd-hda-intel model=lenovo-sky

Depuis je n ai pas retrouvé l'usage de mes enceintes et de ma carte son et je me suis pas repris la tête dessus.
J'ai installé la 11.04 puis j ai suivi les info du rapport de bug sur Launchpad...

Installation Linux Driver Alsa

Problème les dépôts ne sont pas encore crées pour la 11.04 ;(

Je passe a la méthode lourde. Je vais essayer de mettre en place les patchs noyaux sur la 2.6.38...

Etape 1 Installation Source Noyau

Je suis en 3G et je gallérie a 15 ko/s

Bien sur j ai verifier toute les dependances ainsi que les fichiers dont il fait reference et je suis ajour ( ca fait 4 jours que j essaye en desinstall et en reinstalle ) meme en supprimant les fichiers sdw

2 : java tout ces bien passer grace a la superbe doc en francais dont je remercie tous ceux qui ont participer mais Firefox me dit que dalle : about:plugins
J ai fait lien et tous le tatuoin mais que dalle
je suis bourrer ou quoi
3 : firefox explose des que j ouvre le site de www.lci.fr je clique sur info et boum plus firefox
non je repete je ne comprend plus rien.

Pettite info quelqu un a essayer d installer transcode et dvd rip ou existe il une meilleur solutions.
j appel a vous car sous mandriva tout fonctionnait sauf amsn et webcam et la c est l inverse
sauf quand il se gele grrrrrrrrrrr
Desoler pour la longueur du message mais quand j ai essayer environ 20 h sur le probleme plus le site en anglais de ubuntu tous fonctionne suivant les indications sauf ces trucs qui me cassent les pieds depuis des années sous linux ( premier distrib slackware en 94 )
