Bonjour
Voila, j'ai installé cvsd en suivant la documentation de ce site, mais j'ai un probleme de connection:
lorsque je me connecte au cvs depuis l'ordi lui meme (@localhost) ou par le réseau(@192.168.1.XXX), aucun probleme, je peux me logger. Mais si je le fais a travers mon routeur (par mon adresse internet ou mon nom de domaine), impossible de se connecter. Or, mon port 2401 est bien ouvert ( et cela devrait fonctionner puisque j'ai ouvert le port de la meme maniere pour apache qui fonctionne parfaitement depuis l'exterieur), mais le serveur cvs me donne 'connection refused'. Comment je peux corriger ca?

J'aimerais savoir comment retrouver le fichier (par défaut) de pure ftp pour le répertoire init.d.
Je l'avais effacé en voulant forcer une reinstallation complete (fichiers de configuration compris), et j'aimerais pouvoir en recuperer un... Comment faire?
(et aussi, comment faire pr dire a apt-get de desinstaller AUSSI les fichiers de conf d'un package.)

Certes, ohax a repondu a coté de la plaque, mais tu aurais pu etre courtois, ca t'aurais evité la mauvaise ambiance dont tu es seul responsable sur ce thread.

Bonjour !
Je suis en train d'installer un serveur samba, et je n'arrive pas a ecrire sur mes partages.
Or testparm m'indique que mon smb.conf est correct et autorise l'ecriture.
Pourtant, impossible d'ecrire, que ce soit sur homes ou sur /windows.
une idee?
je me demande si j'ai juste mal configuré samba ou si le daemon samba n'a pas les droits pour ecrire sur les disques...

EDIT : bon, ben c'est réglé.
J'ai créé un groupe d'utilisateur, en modifiant /etc/group comme il faut.
puis j'ai changé le grp own des disques partagés.
c'est peut etre pas super secure, mais ca marche !

je suis pas tout a fait d'accord. Ce monsieur est apparemment qqun qui garde sa becane pour un moment, donc ca me parait sensé de prendre du 64bits..
Je serait par contre meme un peu pousse au crime en te faisant reflechir sur du dual core.. mais je dois avouer que c'est mon coté techno enthusiast ^^

je viens de faire une install toute propre de Breezy et... je retrouve pas mon icone 'terminal' ni terminal superuser' ds le menu !!!
j'ai 'ajouté' le terminal via le programme d'ajout d'applis, mais l'icone qu'il a installé ne marche pas
qqun a une idee pour que je puisse reutiliser un terminal normalement?

Ubuntu est le nom de la distribution. Breezy, c'est le nom de la version !
Cette version n'est pas encore fin prete. Il reste des bugs. Je te conseille vivement d'attendre la sortie officielle. A moins que tu aies l'habitude de recuperer ta connection avec le shell et de re regler X.org en ligne de commande !
Pour ce qui est de la mise a jour depuis Hoary, il suffira de changer ton fichier de sources apt (/etc/apt/sources.list) et de changer Hoary par Breezy, puis de faire un pitit "sudo apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade".
Pour ce qui est des changements... euh... c'est mieux ^^
(qqun pour répondre à la question du mossieuuuur ?)

je voudrais juste savoir si gnome et le reseau marchaient correctement maintenant apres le dist-upgrade, histoire de pouvoir tester et faire des rapports. simplement, je veux pas me prendre la tete avec des histoires de reseau et de gnome, ils sont trop compliqués (pr moi) a tester et a corriger.

bonjour tout le monde !
voila, moi je me lance dans le Monde terrrrible de l'Open Source, (en tant que Bounty Hunter, histoire d'arrondir mes fins de mois d'etudiant).
Et ... franchement, j'ai un peu la trouille.
Quand je jette un oeil au cvs de gnome.org, je trouve que c'est le bordel.
Et quand je lis la documentation des EPlugins d'evolution (pour ceux qui connaissent), je me dis aie, c'est incomplet (on retrouve des TBD (to be done) a la pelle, et surtout sur les pages qui m'interessent!
bref, en ce moment, je suis assez perdu, j'ai du telecharger 3 IDE differents, lu 4 tutoriaux bizarres sur CVS, sur i18n,la je telecharge les paquets dev avec Synaptic, bref, au secours!
est ce qu'il y a qqun ici qui pourra m'aider dans mes premiers pas dans ce...bazar?

Bon, y'en a qui n'aiment pas, parce que 'Microsft suxxxx', mais moi, j'aime beaucoup, et monodevelop est tres sympa a utiliser. Et facile a installer sous ubuntu !
et y'a un excellent cours sur le C# sur http://www.programmationworld.com .

bon...ben....j'ai eu peur en lisant - post install : xorg.conf not modified because it has been customized.
X plante.
je ne me souviens pas pquoi(j'en reparlerai ce soir).
ca vient probablement du nv-> nvidia.
alors...peut etre que recuperer son xorg.conf precedent est une bonne idee avt de faire le dist upgrade.

donc voila, si qqun peut m'aider.
Xorg ne se lancait pas.
j'ai tente un apt-get install xserver-common truc.
depuis, apres qqes manip',
mon driver etant nvidia et non nv,
lorsque je lance xorg -configure, j'obtiens:
missing output drivers.
configuration failed.

je vais tenter de remettre le driver nv :

il faut agrandir ta source.list (ms apparement c'est deja fait puisque tu as reussi a installer *lame)
il faut en fait ajouter pas mal de paquets commencant par gstreamer0.8. (quasiment tous en fait)

voila, j'ai enfin reussi a installer monodevelop 0.6..en suivant un mix des etapes de erebuss et du wiki de ubuntu..
et ca a marché....2x :'(
truc bizarre: gnome marche bizarrement, je n'ai plus la reglette du son et mes touches de clavier qui geraient le volume ne marchent plus.
j'ai re telecharge monodevelop, puis ./configure && make && sudo make install, ms meme erreur.
depuis, qud je lance monodevelop depuis un term, j'ai cette erreur :
