Bonjour,

Linux KDE14.04 dernières mise à jour installée.

Transcode installé
libdvdcss2 installé
K3B installé

J'ai un dvd dont je souhaite extraire la vidéo. (pas dans un but de piratage)
J'ai donc installé K3B et toutes les dépendances nécessaires

Lors du premier essai K3B me dit qu'il ne trouve pas transcode
celui ci venant d'être installé je reboot mon système.
Deuxième essai et là aucun souci le rip commence je vois même le résultat à savoir une vidéo par chapitre dans le dossier indiqué lors du paramétrage de k3b
Je l'interromps voulant faire ce travail sur mon pc fixe plus puissant que l'ordi portable.
Je fais les même manip sur le pc fixe (KDE 14.04) k3B transcode libdvdcss etc etc

et là patatras
"echec de l'éxécution de transcode"

bon je recommence reboot l'ordi etc etc et encore le même message

contre mauvaise fortune bon coeur je décide donc de faire cette extraction sur le portable

et là même message "echec de l'éxécution de transcode"

J'ai fouiné sur le forum sur google pas de piste

Sauriez vous m'aider à résoudre ce mystère ou me donner une piste qui me permettra d'effectuer cette extraction.

Bien désolé du retard mais les problèmes du forum m'empêchaient de répondre

handbrake fonctionne mais pas complètement il ne voit que  2 chapitres alors qu'il y en a 83
et ne sais pas extraire la piste sous titrage malgré le paramétrage qui semble correct

Je ne vais pas m'évertuer à contourner des protections alors que vlc sait lire un fichier Iso
donc copie du dvd en fichier iso et le tour est joué

Bonjour,

Le problème est le suivant :

Plusieurs ordis sous linux kubuntu 14.04 et plusieurs ordis sous seven.
Le tout connectés à un réseau :
Une Box , un switch et les ordis après le switch.
Tous les ordis ont accès à Internet.

Des dossiers partagés sont paramétrés sur tous les ordis.
Le nom du groupe de travail est : "PERSO" sur TOUS les ordis.
Sous Seven pas de soucis sous Linux j'ai modifié le nom du groupe de travail dans le fichier etc/samba/samba.conf

Bien jusque là pas de problèmes si ce n'est que lorsque je veux accéder au groupe de travail PERSO à partir de Dolphin le système me demande un mot de passe.

et là je bloque car quoi mettre .

J'ai créé un utilisateur "sécurité" sous seven mais impossible de me connecter.

Pour info depuis Linux je ne vois même pas les autres partages Linux dans le groupe de travail "PERSO" et idem depuis seven qui ne voit pas les ordis Linux

CE qui m'agace est que Linux a détecté SEUL l'imprimante connectée derrière l'ordi Seven

Bien sûr j'ai consulté la doc plus que consulté même

Au final après l'installation d'outils tiers pour le paramétrage de Samba c'est une cata .
Plus d'accès au réseau un user gadmin samba créé etc etc .

Je savais Linux faible au niveau du partage et de l'intégrité de ceux ci mais en essayant de mettre en application les différentes solutions je me retrouve avec un système totalement déstabilisé.

Bon j'efface tout avec un live CD  y compris la partition EFI et pour être sûr que tout sera effacé je vais créé une partition EXT4 de la taille du HD je reboote en live Cd pour m'assurer du succès de l'opération et et je réinstall en auto ubuntu version internationale par contre  le secure boot actif ou pas ?

Bien la réinstall est terminée

ce qui a été fait :
suppression de toutes les anciennes partitions. Création d'une partition ext4 de la taille du hd
Reboot
Secure boot disable
Installation ubuntu international en mode auto (pas de partitionement manuel)
reboot
même chose toujours pa de démarrage et chose etrange plus de hd dans la liste des médias bootable (menu boot du bios)
j'vais le bouffer cet ordi .. arf non zut il est pas à moi !!! smile

Impossible de booter en mode non UEFI
F12 m'amène bien au choix du média sur lequel booter.

Bref ce soir je fais break car un peu marre je vais refaire une clé usb avec la version déjà présente (sur la clé ) à savoir Ubuntu 14.04 international

Pardon j'ai oublié de préciser que bien entendu j'ai tout  tenté avec

Boot Ok pour le mode USB PRO Mode UEFI
Boot fail error or disk fait pour le mode USP PRO

Quant au boot sur le HD j'ai un fait étrange : trois resynchronisations de l'écran (changement de mode graphique) et ensuite Boot fail error .... chose qui ne se produisait en mode non legacy

d'ailleurs je me demande si il ne faudrait pas faire un boot repair dans ce mode légacy

Je vais à nouveau enlever la pile de la machine et refaire un test de démarrage en mode non UEFI (version 32 bits)

Bien enfin un résultat probant et je crois que je vais en rester là :

Le DVD Ubuntu 14.04 32 bits à bien voulu démarrer du coup installation de la version 32 bits .

Pour ce faire : suppression de la partition ext4 précédemment créée
Création des partitions / ; swap ; home et installation classique.

Une brève angoisse au reboot et oh miracle merci Malbo et vous tous ça fonctionne.

Ce que je pense : la clé usb devait avoir des infos cachées mbr ou autre alors que le dvd lui rien .

Un peu tetu j'ai décidé ce week end de tout reprendre à zéro pour ce faire :

concernant l'ordi :
enlevé la pile,
remis la pile
reparamétré le bios en mode non secure boot et CSM legacy.

Concernant le clé usb et c'est là que cela devient amusant :
auparavant je supprimais tous les fichiers y compris les fichiers cachés.
cette fois ci j'ai récréé la table de partition et réinstallé KDE 14.04 64 bits via usb disk creator.

Tout à fontionné du premier coup

Ce que j'en conclus : le fait d'avoir installé à maintes reprises un os différent tantôt la version internationale tantôt ci tantôt çà sans reformatter complètement la clé est à la source des erreurs rencontrées.
