Bonsoir,
au démarrage de l'ordi, il me demande de choisir parmi plusieurs options:
ubuntu avec Linux 3.2.0-37-generic
ubuntu avec Linux 3.2.0-37-generic (mode de dépannage)

Memory test (86+, serial console 115200)
Je lui demande de démarrer en cliquant sur la première option et cela fonctionne très bien. Mais c'est à chaque fois comme ça et lorsque je l'éteins un message en rouge s'affiche sous ubuntu 12.04 et qui commence par asking all remaining...
Apparemment il y aurait un problème de paquet. Jusqu'à maintenant, j'arrivais à faire les mises à jour sans problème mais depuis trois jours, un message s'affiche "Echec du traitement du paquet".
Autre problème; je ne peux plus mettre mon ordi en veille. L'écran devient noir avec un curseur en haut à gauche qui clignote et cela dure quelques secondes puis l'écran se remet sur le bureau.
Mon ordi fonctionne sous ubuntu 12.04 LTS en 32 bits.
Par contre je ne suis pas une experte donc j'ai besoin que l'on utilise un langage simple et détaillé.

oui je n'ai que la 11.10 et je ne trouve pas la 12.04 sur la "documentation" pour la graver sur cd.
Où dois-je aller pour trouver un téléchargement fiable?
Entre 32 et 64 bits, laquelle prendre?
Je crois que je préfère tout réinstaller par dessus ce qui a mal été installé comme ça je recommence avec quelque chose de "propre".

Bonjour,
ça ne va pas du tout!!
J'ai réinstallé la version 12.04, pensant que les problèmes au démarrage ainsi que la mise en veille auraient disparus mais il n'en ai rien. Cela a fonctionné quelques jours et les problèmes ont réapparu!
Que dois-je faire?
Est-il possible que la copie que j'ai effectuée soit mauvaise auquel cas je devrais la refaire et réinstaller de nouveau la version 12.04?
Du coup, je n'ai pas réinstallé ni l'imprimante, ni le scanner (en tout cas pas encore).
Il faut m'aider car mon ordi me sert également d'outil de travail donc il est urgent de résoudre ce problème.

Bon, entre temps j'ai éteint l'ordi (vu que je ne peux le mettre en veille!) et du coup plus de console d'erreur ouverte.
En tout cas, il y avait énormément d'avertissements signalés (plusieurs coups de roulette pour arriver à la fin de la liste).
Comment puis-je la faire réapparaître?

aucun pilote propriétaire n'est utilisé sur ce système
j'ai pris une capture d'écran mais je n'arrive pas à l'insérer au message. Je suis obligée de faire cette manip pour poster une image?
