problème pour installer et désinstaller des paquets

bonjour, alors voiula mon problème je n'arrive plus à désinstaller des paquet ou installer que ce soir par la commande( sudo apt-get install .....) ou par synaptic.
je vous donne le resultat de la commande : sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list      le paquet que je veut installer et dans les dépots universe.

post résolu
j'ai réecrit les dépots en les prenant sur : http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/depots/dapper#depots_principaux

mais si quelqu'un a un eplication au problème ca m'intéresse quand même
