Tu peux supprimer la plupart des noyaux. Tu n'as qu'à garder que les deux plus récents.
PC fixe sous Bionic 64 bits et portable avec Focal 64 bits

Déjà, sur quelle version de Ubuntu ?
Ensuite, il n'y a aucun soucis si tu vires les anciens noyaux, tu peux le faire à la main pour débloquer brutalement la situation.
Le mieux est quand même de la faire avec 'apt'.
Beaucoup conseillent de laisser 2 versions pour pouvoir démarrer en mode ancien noyau si un driver ou un module du nouveau plante.

Autre choix pour faire le ménage des noyaux, le gestionnaire de paquets Synaptic.
Rechercher les vieux noyaux (numéros inférieurs), un clic droit, puis suppression complète et dans la foulée le grub est mis à jour.

C'est à la suite de mon message que d'autres ubunteros ont donné leurs solutions.
Vive Richard Stalmann, Linus Torvalds, et tous les fondus de Linux.
De l'Ordinosaure fait à 90% de récup, à deux portables LDLC, neufs sans système et une carte mère sans boitier, tous libres !!
