Résolution de l'écran au démarrage

Bonjour,

Je viens d'installer la version 7.04 et j'ai une mauvaise résolution d'écran au démarrage (au moins 1600x1200).
Lorsque je me connecte avec mon mot de passe, la résolution redevient normale (1280*1024).
Quelqu'un peut-il me dire comment modifier la résolution au démarrage.

Dans le grub menu.lst mets vga=771 à la place de celui que tu as.

Seulement voilà ... je suis novice et je ne sais pas comment modifier le grub ... ???
C'est au démarrage ? appuyer sur la touche e ?

Pour modifier le fichier tu fais dans un terminal:

sudo gedit  /boot/grub/menu.lst

Tu modifies cela :

## additional options to use with the default boot option, but not with the
## alternatives
## e.g. defoptions=vga=791 resume=/dev/hda5
# defoptions=quiet splash vga=771

Puis tu fais

sudo update-grub

puis tu rebootes

Voilà ! Tout est presque revenu normal sauf que l'écran au démarrage est encore trop grand.
Pour preuve, je ne vois que la moitié de l'inscription d'ubuntu (une partie à droite et l'autre à gauche) et je ne vois pas du tout la barre de défilement (chargement d'ubuntu).
Quant à la page d'accueil, encore et toujours trop grande (option en bas à gauche n'est visible que si je descends longtemps avec ma souris).

J'espère que vous pourrez m'aider.

Essayes avec 775 même manoeuvre pour éditer le menu.lst

sudo gedit /boot/grub/menu.lst

## additional options to use with the default boot option, but not with the
## alternatives
## e.g. defoptions=vga=791 resume=/dev/hda5
# defoptions=quiet splash vga=775

et surtout à la fin

sudo update-grub

Puis rebootes

PS: Si cela ne va encore pas essayes 794 surtout si tu as une carte nvidia.
