gnome-utils Feisty : gfloppy & "Lancer une application..." introuvabl

Bonjour
je viens de franchir le pas Dapper -> Feisty. Et je me compte qu'il est plus grand que prévu...

Je recherche deux petites applications présentes autrefois dans Applications > Outils > Système :

* gfloppy : qui permet de formater les disquettes. (OK ça ne sert presque plus mais il suffit que je n'installe pas ce paquet pour qu'un jour j'ai à m'en servir...)
* «Lancer en tant que...» qui permettait de lancer (graphiquement) n'importe quelle application en tant qu'un autre utilisateur et en particulier en tant que root.

D'après mes recherches ils faisaient parti du paquet gnome-utils. Or chez moi ce paquet est installé et

gfloppy
bash: gfloppy : commande introuvable

Où puis-je les retrouver ?

Par ailleurs je cherche aussi le Gestionnaire de Disques qui ne fait pas partie du paquet gnome-utils. Mais là si j'ai bien compris, il ne fait carrément plus partie de Gnome.

Pour Gestionnaire de disques je crois que tu peux télécharger depuis Synatic Gparted qui est la même chose.
Par contre ça fait deux heures que je cherche comment formater une disquette et en redémarrant une Live d'Edgy Eft j'ai eu la confirmation qu'il y avait bien un bouton "Formater" quand on faisait un clic droit sur "floppy" dans "Poste de Travail".
Je trouve ça totalement idiot d'avoir supprimer la possibilité d'installer gfloppy, certes la disquette est vieille comme l'informatique mais je m'en sers encore au moins une fois par mois. J'espère ne pas être obligé d'installer Edgy juste pour un paquet qui a disparu de Synaptic...

Sinon Gparted et Gestionnaire des disques sont deux applications différentes.

puis :

Ensuite gfloppy est dans le menu Outils mais j'ai dû l'activer par Système/Préférences/Menu principal (en console gfloppy)

Trop content, j'adore ce GUi et je pige pas pourquoi il a disparu depuis Feisty. :-/
