demande d'info sur le grub et kernel
salut,
Quand grub démarre il m'indique 3 kernels différents:P. Cela veut dire que j'ai 3 kernels différents donc prise de place pour rien ou bien c'est la liste des kernels précédent qui ne se sont pas effacés ?
Autre question :
Quel taille prend Feisty sur votre DD avec vos applis standard installées
Chez moi il prend 3,8 G:/

Salut lvteam,
Tout d'abord je déplace dans la section autre puisque ta question n'a apparemment aucun rapport avec GNOME.
Les noyaux affichés dans grub sont d'anciens noyaux qui n'ont pas été désinstallés. Tu peux les enlever via synaptic en cherchant le paquet linux-image-2.6.XX-XXX correspondant. Il est cependant recommandé de toujours garder l'avant-dernier noyau (fonctionnel) au cas ou une mise à jour du noyau actuel empeche de démarrer la machine.
Pour ce qui est de la place, 3,8 Go est tout à fait honnete. Si tu veux gagner encore de la place tourne-toi vers une saveur plus légère (xubuntu) ou une distrib' encore plus légère.
PS : 4Go sont recommandés pour l'installation de feisty.

ok merci de ta réponse et désolé de n'avoir pas posté au bon endroit.:/
Je vais alors desinstallé l'avant avant dernier noyau.
Pour ce qui est de la taille total de Feisty je pensais qu il était plus légé mais si tu me dis que c'est normal alors ca ma va:cool:
