ldap : ldap_bind Can't contact ldap server

Bonjour,


Depuis hier je tente en vain de faire fonctionner le serveur ldap.
J'ai suivit à la lettre les instructions de ce tutoriel : http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/slapd

Et au moment de faire la recherche dans l'annuaire avec la commande :

ldapsearch -xLLL uid=lionel sn givenName cn

Je me retrouve à tous les coups avec l'erreur suivante :
ldap_bind: Can't contact LDAP server (-1)

J'ai réessayé plusieurs fois de reconfigurer slapd (dpkg-reconfigure) avec des options différentes... mais rien n'y fais.
Le précieux Google ne m'a pas aidé non plus...


Auriez-vous une solution a ce problème ?

J'ai le même problème, j'ai essayer plusieurs topic différents et plusieurs configurations.

Est ce que quelqu'un connais une solution ? Ou est ce qu'il est possible de m'orienter ?

Le serveur est-il bien démarre?
Que donne la commande :

ps -aux | grep slapd

Merci de te penché sur mon problème

Oui normalement le seveur est bien démarrer, j'ai déjà réussi à insérer une première entrée avec un fichier ldif d'après un tuto, mais pour rajouter des info j'ai le fameux message d'erreur.

Voila ce que donne la comande :

clement@worldnet:~$ sudo ps -aux | grep slapd
Warning: bad ps syntax, perhaps a bogus '-'? See http://procps.sf.net/faq.html

bah la il est pas lancer, tu as uniquement ton processus grep slapd...
L'insertion ldif peut se faire sans que le daemon soit lançé...
Ou est installé ton slapd?

Mon fichier sladp est dans :  /etc/ldap/slapd.conf

Je te le poste au aus ou il y aurais des erreur, de plus je l'est modifier telement de fois que je ne sais plus tellement ce qu'il vaut.

dans /etc/hosts.allow ajouter
localhost
127.0.0.1

ca va mieu?
