Problème miroir pour adept

Bonjour,

Je viens tout juste d'arriver à installer internet sur ma kubuntu 7.04 et je veux la mettre en français

innocent, je fais   $sudo apt-get install kde-i18n-fr
et le voilà qui me répond qu'il ne trouve pas ce package
je tente alors un $sudo apt-get update

qui marche et plante à 29% parce qu'il ne se connecte pas au serveur ubuntu

voilà la gueule de mon source.list :

j'ai rajouté les lignes au début parce que mon admin m'a dit de le faire... 

que dois je faire pour m'en tirer et que mes sudo apt-get install marchent?
