Problème avec le grub, Il redemarre sans raison !

Bonjour,

Suite a une modification manuelle du grub sous ligne de commande. Le logiciel de boot de linux se comporte bizarrement !
Il arrive a afficher 'la page d'accueil' (l'endroit ou on choisi sur quel OS on doit booter ) mais dequ'on appuie sur la touche 'Entrer' il redemarre l'ordinateur .....

Je suis actuellement sous un livecd, et il m'est impossible de modifier les fichiers appartenant a ma partition ubuntu, ni a celle de windows (je suis en multiboot : Ubuntu-windows xp ).

Bonjour,

les lignes que j'ai modifier ètait assez bizarre, elle etait 4 pareil et ressemblait un peu a sa :

splashimage (hdx,y)/boot/grub/images/Mon_Image.xpm.gz

mais sa na rien a avoir avec le redemarrage et entrer

Dèsolè pour le double post mais je n'est pas trouvè le moyen editer monn message Celui oui mais pas les autres c'est peut etre dus a que je me suis inscrit après avoir poster le message

J'ai reussi a recuperer le contenu du fichier menu.lst en utilisant une machine qui permet de monter un disque dur comme une cle usb !

Voila donc le contenu du fichier :

J'ai 2 questions : Quesqi ne marche pas dans mon fichier ?
et a quoi servent les hd 0 et 1 ?

Tu as deux lignes avec splashimage qui pointe sur le
deuxième disque, pourquoi?

Pour monter ubuntu depuis le live d'ubuntu si la partition / est /dev/sda6

sudo mkdir /panne
sudo mount -o rw /dev/sda6 /panne

pour ouvrir en lecture écriture le menu.lst

sudo gedit /panne/boot/grub/menu.lst

rajoute un # devant les lignes splashimage, enregistre et
redémarre.

En live donne le retour de la deuxième commande

sudo grub
grub> find /boot/grub/stage1
grub> quit
