Asus Zenbook UX302LG + Windows 8 + Ubuntu => Ecran noir....

Bonjour,

J'ai acheté un Asus Zenbook UX302LG avec Windows 8 de pré-installé dessus et j'ai voulus installé Ubuntu en dual-boot. J'ai fait de nombreuses tentatives qui n'ont pas vraiment ponctionnées. Au final j'ai partiellement réussi avec la version 13.10 Ubuntu, c.a.d que lorsque j'allumé le pc, je tomber bien sur le grub d'ou je pouvais lancer Ubuntu mais l'option Windows 8 ne marchait pas. Pour booter sur Windows 8, il fallait que j'appuie sur échappe au démarrage afin d'avoir le menu de l'uefi avec les différentes options boot et que je sélectionne Windows 8.

Un jour, alors que j'étais sur Windows 8, celui-ci freeze sans raison. J'attend longtemps et voyant qu'il n'avait pas l'air de vouloir se débloquer je redémarre le pc et là écran noir. Je redémarre encore une fois et je sélectionne Windows en appuyant sur échappe mais là encore écran noir..... Je retente d'installer Ubuntu mais là encore toujours cet écran noir.
Je me dit que je vais restaurer Windows 8 afin de remettre la machine dans sont état initiale et tout reprendre de zéro (de toutes les manières je comptais le faire rapidement car avec les nombreuses tentatives d'installation de Ubuntu, c'est le gros n'importe quoi au niveau des partitions et que la version 13.10 d'Ubuntu ne seras bientôt plus maintenue comme me la fait remarqué Malbo dans une discussion antérieur). Avant d'essayer d'installer Ubuntu, j'avais créer une carte SD de récupération de Windows afin de pourvoir palier a ce genre de problème mais je n'arrive pas a booter dessus (celle-ci n’apparaît pas dans la liste des choix lorsque je fait échappe au démarrage contrairement aux clés USB).

A ce moment là je contacte le support Asus pour leur demander s'il est possible d'avoir un iso de Windows 8 afin de pouvoir le réinstaller en leur expliquant ma situation. Ces derniers me proposent deux solutions. La première est de renvoyer mon pc au s.a.v pour qu'ils me restaure le système eux même ce que je ne peut pas faire car je suis à l'étranger. Sinon ils me disent d'appuyer sur F9 pendant le démarrage afin de sélectionner la partition recovery qui me permettra de restaurer Windows 8 mais la encore, lorsque j'appuie sur F9 au démarrage rien ne se passe l'écran reste noir.

Je voulais donc savoir si vous pouviez m'aider à restaurer Windows 8 car je n'ai pas trouvé de solution pour booter sur la carte SD ou bien sur la partition recovery) puis à installer Ubuntu en dual boot proprement (Je pensais à la version 12.04.3 qui est compatible efi et qui seras maintenue jusqu'en 2017 à moins qu'il y est une meilleur option ?)

Via une session live d'Ubuntu j'ai effectué ce screen de gParted (comme vous pouvez le voir c'est le gros bazard :\ )

Ben oui puisque dans la plupart des ordis, il est impossible de booter sur une carte SD (le Bios ou le système UEFI ne le permet pas). Si tu t'étais renseigné avant, au lieu de faire ce support de réinstallation à l'instinct, tu aurais évité cette situation. Il y a peut-être une solution pour que tu puisses t'en sortir mais moi je ne la connais pas : demande sur un forum Windows.

Il ne t'a jamais été proposé de créer ce support de restauration sur une carte SD : tu avais seulement le choix entre des DVD et une clé USB.

Il me semble que si justement ou tout du moins il n'a pas refusé de le faire sur une carte SD mais ce qui est fait et fait au moins j'aurais appris un truc à mes dépend ^^.
Comme il me faut un PC fonctionnel, j'ai tout formater en suppriment toutes les partitions avec gparted en vue d'installer Ubuntu 12.04.3 seul pour l'instant cependant je rencontre un nouveau problème:
"La création du sytème de fichiers efi sur la partition n°1 de SCSI1 (0,0,0) (sda) a échoué."

Je ne sais pas pourquoi ton install a foiré. Je te suggère d'abandonner Ubuntu 12.04.3 (qui ne sera pas maintenue jusqu'en 2017 comme tu crois : seule la version "de base" Ubuntu 12.04 le sera) et de reprendre Ubuntu 13.10 que tu avais déjà installé avec réussite si j'en crois le début de ton post #1. Réinstalle Ubuntu 13.10 en faisant le choix de le laisser s'installer sur tout le disque. J'espère ainsi qu'on ne verra plus ce message qu'on peut voir actuellement dans ton Boot-Info :

Les problèmes n'en finissent pas... Quand je boot sur la clé avec la version 13.10, j'obtient bien le grub mais peu importe l'option que je choisie, l'écran reste noir

Es-tu sûr que c'est une clé LiveUSB? Parce que si c'est bien le cas, tu ne doit pas voir le menu de GRUB.

J'ai l'impression que quelque chose a foiré quand tu as voulu installer Ubuntu depuis cette clé LiveUSB et que la première partie de GRUB s'est logée dans le MBR de la clé USB et pas dans le MBR du disque-dur.

Personnellement, je referais une clé LiveUSB propre.

Je n'ai pas eu ce menu quand j'ai installé Ubuntu 12.04.3 64 bits, en dualboot avec Windows 8 pré-installé, sur mon PC portable. J'ai eu l'écran mauve.

Et pourtant, je suis bien en UEFI:

@Korak : peut-être que tu as réalisé ta liveUSB avec Unetbootin qui ne produit pas un équivalent au liveDVD mais un menu spécial Unetbootin mais si tu l'avais  réalisée avec LiLi, tu aurais dû avoir l'écran dont il est question.

Zut, j'ai un peu oublié que l'on parle d'une clé LiveUSB. Personnellement, j'ai utilisé un LiveDVD pour installer Ubuntu.

J'ai réessayer plusieurs fois, Pour créer mon live usb je télécharge l'iso ici, après j'utilise le créateur de disque de démarrage sous Ubuntu et il n'y a aucune erreur lors de la création, je vais essayer de créer le live usb depuis Windows sait on jamais.

c'est effectivement de ce menu que je parle vu qu'il y a marquer "GNU GRUB" en haut de la fenêtre je pensais que s'en était un ^^

Pour moi, le mieux est ce que tu as déjà fait: utiliser le créateur de disque de démarrage d'Ubuntu.

Sinon, sous Windows, il parait que LiLi est le mieux.

A l'heure actuelle, sais-tu démarrer le PC en session Live (Essayer Ubuntu sans l'installer) depuis la clé LiveUSB?

Oui, avec la live 12.04 ça marchais cependant lorsque je voulais installer il me mettais une erreur cf #5 j'ai donc créer un live usb avec la version 13.10 sur les conseille de malbo mais lorsque je boot dessus, j'arrive à ce menu mais lorsque je choisi d'essayer Ubuntu sans l'installer il reste bloqué sur un écran noir (même chose si je choisi d'installer Ubuntu)

As-tu changé quelque chose dans le BIOS?

Personnellement, j'ai le BIOS en mode UEFI et le Secure Boot activé.

Mais avec certains PC, il faut désactiver le Secure Boot et/ou passer le BIOS en mode Legacy.

Le secure boot et et le fast boot sont désactivés, j'ai beau chercher partout, je ne trouve aucun endroit ou passer le bios en legacy comme j'ai pu le voir sur des screen lorsque j'ai chercher comment passer le bios en legacy

@Korak et @Hayawane Oui, c'est une option pour réinstaller l'OS d'origine.

@Hayawane Il faut que, dans le BIOS, tu actives CSM et que tu désactives Secure Boot. J'ai modifié mon PC pour mettre un deuxième SSD à la place du HDD, du coup je n'ai pas Windows et j'ai même formaté le SSD de 16GO car pour booter avec Ubuntu, il faut que ça boote sur ce disque.
L'écran noir est dû à un problème de driver Nvidia qui est en passe d'être résolu. Si ça peut t'aider, si tu possèdes un deuxième écran, ça marche très bien en attendant que le bug soit résolu.

D'ailleurs depuis peu, le disque dur fait des brut tres bizarre de frottement et de cliquetis (un peu comme le bruit d'une visse dans un mixeur en marche). Ça me laisse penser que le disque dur est endommage pourtant il n'a subit aucun choque ni secousse et je n'ai pas le temps de l'envoyer au support asus, est ce que vous connaissait un outils qui me permettre de savoir si le disque dur est endommagé ?
