[RESOLU] Ecran noir lors du démarrage

Bonjour à tous.

J'ai un HP 2000 Notebook depuis peu et je veu installer ubuntu. J'ai essayer de démarrer avec une clé bootable mais après avoir sélectionné "essayer ..." l'écran reste noir. Pourtant j'ai essayé sur la machine d'un ami et sa passe sans problème. Par la même j'aimerais savoir si c'est normalement d'avoir 5 partition sur mon disque dur.
J'attends donc vos suggestions avec impatience.

Le Linux sur ta clé, c'est quelle version ??
32 ou 64 bits ??
Ton notebook, c'est celui là ?? ---> HP 2000-2a22NR
Ton intention, est d'installer Linux en dual boot ??
Pour les PC récent, faire attention au BIOS installé ...

Merci pour ta réponse philoup44. mon PC c'est plutôt le 2000-2D11DX et effectivement j'aimerais installer ubuntu en dualboot. Le laptop est venu avec Windows 8 installé.
Je vais suivre les liens que tu me proposes et revenir.

Mon problème est réglé. Il s'agit en fait d'un problème de luminosité et l'écran semble éteint mais en appuie sur Fn + Luminosité Up, le bureau apparait.
J'ai cependant une nouvelle préoccupation, dans Gparted mon disque dur apparaît avec plus de 5 partition mais je pense ouvrir une nouvelle discussion.

Je n'ai encore rien installé, je suis encore au niveau du partitionnement qui s'avère être une gymnastique. Sinon c'est la 13.10 que je veux installer.

Prends tes précautions avant de partitionner.
Surtout, à l'étape 3 de l'installation, sélectionne bien "Autre chose". Et si tu es amené à réinstaller parce que la première tentative est merdique, utilise toujours "Autre chose". Motif : l'installateur automatique est bogué. Il ne voit pas Windows 8. C'est la raison pour laquelle il faut faire l'installation en manuel.

merci pour l'avertissement malbo et c'est justement ce que j'ai fait mais un petit truc me gène. en fait j'ai du reprendre l'installation, la première fois j'ai débranché le cordon d'alimentation sans faire express. j'ai donc repris l'installation et ça s'est bien passé cependant pour booter sur Ubuntu j'appuie F9 mais là j'ai deux entrée pour Ubuntu. c'est pas vraiment génant mais ça fait pas non plus très propre à mon avis, qu'est-ce que t'en penses?

Je te prie de faire un Boot-Info en d'en poster l'URL. Je préférerais que tu fasses ce Boot-Info depuis ta session du Ubuntu installé parce que ça permet justement de "voir" les entrées de l'UEFI. Tu sauteras l'étape 1 pour attaquer directement à l'étape 2
Le Boot-Info me permettra de vérifier si tu peux ou non supprimer une des deux entrées.

j'ai créer une clé bootable pour boot-repair mais ça fonctionne pas jusqu'à présent. je tente encore et je reviens.

bonsoir philoup44. le problème réglé était celui du luminosité pour l'installation d'ubuntu . par contre pour boot-repair c'est toujours la même chose, j'ai pourtant essayé avec une autre clé.

Ton installation semble correcte. Tu as fait ce Boot-Info depuis une session de Boot-Repair-Disk mais cet outil Boot-Repair-Disk est obsolète. Pourrais-tu faire le Boot-Info de la façon que j'ai demandée dans le post #9 c'est à dire :

La première entrée "ubuntu" (Boot0000) pointe sur le fichier shimx64.efi, c'est à dire qu'elle permet de lancer Ubuntu alors que le Secure Boot est activé dans les paramètres du "Bios" (elle permet aussi de lancer Ubuntu quand le Secure Boot n'est pas activé). La deuxième entrée "Ubuntu" (Boot0001) pointe sur le fichier grubx64.efi : elle ne permet pas de lancer Ubuntu quand Secure Boot est activé (il faut que Secure Boot soit désactivé pour que cette entrée soit utilisable sinon le démarrage est bloqué par le contrôle de sécurité). Je te suggère d'essayer ces deux entrées et de dire ce qui se passe. Si Secure Boot est activé (c'est ce qui est mentionné dans ton Boot-Info mais je me méfie...), en principe seule la première entrée "ubuntu" devrait permettre de lancer Ubuntu.

bonjour malbo. effectivement la première entrée fonctionne quand Secure Boot est activé et la deuxième dans le cas contraire. donc en réalité c'est pas vraiment un problème. cependant j'aimerais savoir s'il est possible de démarrer directement sur grub ou si j'aurais à appuyer F9 à chaque fois au démarrage pour booter sur Ubuntu?

Tu peux le faire de deux façons :
1) la façon normale (à mon avis) : tu démarres sur Windows 8, tu le quittes par "Redémarrer" (et non pas par "Arrêter" pour éviter qu'il se mette en veille hybride (fonctionnalité appelée aussi "démarrage rapide"), ce qui pourrait perturber la manip) et au redémarrage de l'ordi tu vas dans ton Bios pour mettre l'entrée ubuntu en priorité de Boot (alors qu'actuellement, c'est "Windows Boot Manager" qui est en priorité de Boot comme on peut voir dans l'extrait que j'ai collé en bas du post #16)
2) la façon automatique : tu fais de même pour quitter Windows 8 par "Redémarrer" mais tu sélectionnes le démarrage sur ubuntu grâce à l'appui sur F9. Une fois que tu seras sur le bureau de Ubuntu, tu passes cette commande dans un terminal :

sudo grub-install

poste le résultat obtenu qui apparaît dans le terminal (on pourra voir si apparemment l'opération se réalise bien ou pas).
Puis redémarre l'ordi pour vérifier si le démarrage par défaut se fait bien à présent sur Ubuntu au lieu de se faire sur Windows.

EDIT : Tu as une installation parfaite de ton dual-boot Windows 8/Ubuntu 13.10 (hormis ce petit souci de démarrage par défaut qui est un bien mince problème) aussi je te mets en garde quant à l'utilisation de Boot-Repair : à l'avenir, n'utilise Boot-Repair que pour faire un Boot-Info si on te demande d'en faire un (comme tu l'as fait quand je t'ai demandé) mais ne clique jamais sur la "Réparation recommandée" de Boot-repair parce que cette réparation n'est pas adaptée à ton installation et elle va te cacater tout ce bel agencement. En cas de souci, pas de "Réparation recommandée" : tu postes ton Boot-Info en décrivant le pb et tu demandes qu'on t'aide.

On pourrait croire que ça s'est bien passé d'après ce que tu as posté. Et alors ? Est-ce qu'après ça l'ordi démarre par défaut sur Ubuntu ou bien est-ce que ça démarre comme avant sur Windows ?

ça démarre sur windows, même pas sur grub. je suis donc obligé de surveiller le démarrage au risque d'avoir à redémarrer pour passer sous ubuntu.

Pour ton problème Maltutoma, le problème vient du fait que ton BIOS lance en priorité le MBR de Windows.
Comme le disait Malbo, rentre dans le BIOS et choisi l'entrée "Ubuntu" en premier boot.

J'ai un Asus T300LA avec un UEFI et ça fonctionne ainsi. Seul en cas de "crash" le BIOS réinitialise l'ordre des bootloader (dans mon cas en tout cas).

en faisant des recherches sur le net, j'ai trouvé que je ne pouvais pas configurer le démarrage directement du bios à cause de restrictions misent en place par HP alors j'ai utiliser boot-repair et c'est bon maintenant.
