Connexion trop lente

Bonjour à toutes et à tous,

Dans un premier post je vous faisais déjà part de mes soucis de connexion mais personne n'avait su me répondre. J'ai tenté l'aventure solitaire (formatrice mais un brin agaçante quand rien ne marche...) et j'en suis aujourd'hui au même point, ou presque. Je suis passé sous Mint en me disant naïvement que si mon pc portable qui tourne avec cette distrib parvient à se connecter, il en sera peut être pareil de mon autre machine. J'ai également changé d'adaptateur wifi mais rien ne fonctionne.
Maintenant le problème prend de multiples facettes selon les journées: Hier mon mdp wifi m'était demandé inlassablement (tentative de connexion puis rebelotte demande de mdp, de nouveau tentative de connexion etc.) puis parfois par miracle la connexion réussissait mais ne durait que quelques secondes. Aujourd'hui le mdp ne m'est demandé qu'une fois mais la connexion n'aboutit pas. À noter que parfois la force du signal est à 10% puis quelques secondes plus tard elle se rétablit à 100%. Enfin, après plusieurs échec de connexion, mon réseau n'apparaît plus jusqu'à que je désactive/réactive le wifi.

bonjour
j'ai eu aussi quelques problèmes avec le driver rtl8192cu faute de connaissances.
j'ai suivi cette methode https://github.com/pvaret/rtl8192cu-fixes
qui doit fonctionner avec mint 16 .

Merci beaucoup, cette méthode a en effet l'air d'avoir sauver pas mal de monde. J'essaie ça dès ce soir. Juste une petite question naïve mais dont la réponse n'est toutefois pas si évidente pour moi: Ai-je besoin d'une connexion internet pour faire la manip de github.com (je vois qu'il faut faire des install de paquets, hors dans ma tête ceci se faisait via une connexion...)?

C'est bon, la connexion semble stabilisée! Cependant celle-ci est extrêmement lente (il me faut entre 1 et 2 minute pour ouvrir une page web) ce qui me laisse présager que tout n'est pas encore réglé...
Une autre idée?

sinon fait un" ping google.fr" dans le terminal pour voir et un "ping 192.168.1.1" pour ta box

ha oui c'est très lent
chez moi google en 30ms et ma box en 1ms
j'ai pas de solution là!!  j'ai pas les connaissances requises.
peu être refaire une installe propre et appliquer la méthode donnée plus haut ,qui convient depuis la version 13.10 .
ou fait un essai en live USB avec version 13.10.

J'ai changé le titre de la discussion pour voir si ça fait réagir quelqu'un sinon je referai une install comme tu me l'indiques. Et que penser de changer mon adaptateur wifi pour un peut être mieux reconnu par ubuntu?

ouai c'est louche .
tu as quoi comme clé wifi ?
sinon test en live sur une version 13.10 des fois à force de bricoler avec le terminal on fait plus de dégâts qu'autre chose.
pour info ma clé TP-link TL-WN821N aprés bien des galères fonctionne sur xubuntu 13.10 et sous LUBUNTU 12.04 et 13.04 (mais avec autre manip) en appliquant la manip que tu connais maintenant.
sinon je pense acheter celle là pour un autre PC

bon pour info  j'ai acheté une clé D LINK DWL G 122
c'est top !!!!!!!!!!
plug and play testé sur crunchbang waldorf "debian 7" et sur xubuntu 13.10

après 1 paire de semaine de test je renvoi la D LINK DWL G 122, variation de débit très importante sad:(:(:(suivant les distributions testé.
