Résolution écran [Toshiba tecra M5]

salut....
j'ai un problème, j'ai modifier mon xorg.conf comme dit dans plusieurs postes sur ce forum mais ca ne fonctionne tjrs pas !
je n'arrive pas à depasser 1024x768 et frequence max de 50hz.
j'ai essayé aussi d'ajouter 1280x1024 dans mon xorg.conf

ma config est:
toshiba tecra M5 , T7200 core 2 duo
video chipset : quadro NVS 110  (nvidia)
