Probleme GRUB/LILO
Salut tout le monde,
Je viens d'installer ubuntu i386 sur un sempron (c'est normal que ca marche ?) ... et j'ai eu quelques petits problemes ...
1) A l'installe de GRUB : fatal error impossible d'installer grub ou que ce soit ... bizard non ?
2) Bref ... j'installe lilo à la place ...
installe finie, je reboot ... je vois lilo 2.2..... et badaboum il boot direct sur ubuntu sans afficher le moindre menu ...
J'ai bien regarder dans lilo.conf ... pas de souci apparement si ce n'est que qd je recharge lilo il me mets un warning :
Warning: '/proc/partitions' does not match '/dev' directory structure.
Name change: '/dev/dm-0' -> '/dev/evms/hda1'
si vous pouviez m'aider ... merci bcp par avance

Tu as essaié de lancer
sudo liloconfig (ou lilo-config)
puis lilo
?
Si tu n'as pas une configuration "exceptionnelle", les réglages qu'il te propose devraient fonctionner.

Pour grub, c'est bizarre, en effet.... Tu peux toujours faire un tour dans l'article de la doc du site pour voir comment le relancer...
ou alors un
sudo update-grub (ou grub-update, à nouveau, ma mémoire défaille)
pourrait peut-être suffire.

ok... Moi aussi hier j'avais 1000 messages d'erreur auxquels je comprenais rien.

Et si tu décommente cette ligne-ci, ça t'affiche pas le menu au démarrage?

Je fini de télécharger un .iso... et je reboot !

Bon, ben essaie peut-être de réinstaller grub.
Ou de faire sudo update-grub...

Salut tout le monde,
J'ai installé ubuntu sur mon portable et c'est impecc tout marche a merveille. j'ai voulu essayer de l'installer sur mon PC (hp pavilion sempron, ati radeon xpress 200) et je n'arriive meme pas a booter a partir du cd (livecd). Est ce que quelqu'un a eu le meme pb.
J'ai installé PCBSD et il marche mas je n'aime pass trop KDE et pas un grand choix de logiciels.
A l'aide si quelqu'un a eu le meme pb.
