Paquets en conflits

Bonjour,

Je viens d'installer Ubuntu 7.10, jusque là pas de problème.
Une fois qu'Ubuntu est bien installé, je vérifié si j'ai bien du son, alors j'essaye de lancer une chanson.
J'ai alors un message me disant que j'ai besoin d'un codec pour lire les MP3, j'essaye de l'installer et j'obtiens ce message d'erreur :

Cannot install 'gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly'

This application conflicts with other installed software. To install 'gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly' the conflicting software must be removed first.

Switch to the 'synaptic' package manager to resolve this conflict.

J'ai exactement la même erreur avec aMSN ou Banshee.

Pourtant je n'ai rien installé avant, je ne vois pas ce qui pose problème...

Salut

Pour installer gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly tu procèdes comment exactement ? Parce que si tu passes par synaptic, que tu demandes l'installation de ce paquet et qu"il y a un problème de dépendance, tu te verras proposer (tu acceptes ou non) d'enlever le ou les paquets en conflits.

Distrib. principale : Debian Sid
Distrib. secondaire : Intrepid (avec GNOME et KDE)
Processeur : AMD64 Ahtlon 3200+, RAM : 512 Mo
Carte graphique : NVIDIA GeForce Fx 5200

Salut,

Colles le contenu du fichier source.list en l'éditant, avec la commande suivante, dans un terminal 

gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

entre balises code.

Si tu utilises Kubuntu, remplaces gedit par kate

A+

Quand j'essaie d'installer gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly par synaptic il me met qu'il me manque des dépendances mais il ne me propose pas de les installer et je ne les trouve pas avec synaptic :

Could not mark all packages for installation or upgrade

The following packages have unresolvable dependencies.
Make sure that all required repositories are added and enabled in the preferences.

gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly:
Depends: libid3tag0 (>=0.15.1b) but it is not installable
Depends: libmad0 (>-0.15.1b) but it is not installable

Bonjour,

J'ai rencontré le même problème. Je pense que c'est un problème de sources, j'ai donc été sur ubuntu packages. J'ai installé les 2 librairies en .deb et je suis retourné dans synaptic pour installer gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly, et c'est passé smile

Les urls des paquets :

http://packages.ubuntu.com/gutsy/libs/libid3tag0
http://packages.ubuntu.com/gutsy/libs/libmad0

Voici donc la solution à ton problème, et à tout problème identique : dépendances de paquets non remplies.

J'ai passé la commande 

apt-cache madison libid3tag0

dans un terminal. Elle me retourne 

libid3tag0 | 0.15.1b-10 | http://be.archive.ubuntu.com gutsy/main Packages
 libid3tag | 0.15.1b-10 | http://be.archive.ubuntu.com gutsy/main Sources

Or, au début de ton sources.list, on lit

# Line commented out by installer because it failed to verify:
#deb http://be.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ gutsy main restricted

Il faut décommenter la ligne en enlevant le #. Ce qui donnera 

deb http://be.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ gutsy main restricted

Lorsque tu auras modifié ton sources.list en utilisant 

sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

remets à jour la liste des paquets avec 

sudo apt-get update

puis relance l'installation du paquet gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly.
