sequence de boot très très très longue sur 7.10
bonjour,
1er message sur ce forum, alors j'ignore peut-être les bons usages d'içi....
voila, j'ai installé la 7.10, et j'ai une séquence de boot très longue qui butte en fait de longue seconde avant de poursuivre et terminer sans problème. on voit ça dans le dmesg (vers ligne 233):

Le probleme est lie a certaines entrees dans le fichier menu.lst de Grub
J'ai eu le meme probleme
Il faut dans le terminal lancer la commande suivante :
sudo gedit /boot/grub/menu.lst
et virer les entrees 'ro quiet splash' et 'quiet' dans la section ci dessous - Sauvegardez et rebootez ca marche nickel !

Bon, j'avais fait un post sur le problème: ta solution a RESOLU mon problème: je passe de 3mn d'écran noir avant qu'apparaîsse l'écran de démarrage à moins d'une minute!

Une petite question comme ça: il ne faut pas effacer quiet lorsqu'il n'est pas précédé de "ro quiet splash"?

je suis ravi que ça marche pour certainn, sincèrement, mais chez moi ça ne marche pas..
Aviez-vous un dmesg ressemblant au mien lorsque votre boot était très long?
