[RESOLU] Connexion Ethernet impossible : câble réseau débranché
Bonjour à tous,
J'ai passé 2 jours à chercher la réponse à mon problème mais sans succès, c'est pourquoi je me tourne vers la communauté !
Mon problème : j'ai un laptop en Dual boot Windows 8.1 / Ubuntu 14.04. Sur Windows, aucun problème de connexion Wifi ou Ethernet, mais sur Ubuntu, impossible d'avoir une connexion Ethernet, message "câble réseau débranché" (le wifi fonctionne bien).

Voilà, vous savez tout ! J'ai d'abord pensé à un problème matériel (carte, câble), mais comme tout fonctionne bien sur la même machine sur Windows, j'ai écarté cette piste !

J'ai déjà eu le même genre de problème avec un sujet radeon pour tracker les chargements de firmware chez ubuntu.
Ça devient très embêtant ça, puisque je n'ai aucune preuve que ton firmware est chargé.
Tant que je ne sais pas si ton firmware est chargé ou pas, je crains de perdre mon temps.

devrait te donner ça:

Tant que je ne sais pas si ton firmware est chargé ou pas, je crains de perdre mon temps.
Comment je peux faire pour savoir s'il est chargé / le charger "manuellement" ?

Chez ubuntu, je ne sais plus. Deuxième fois que je tombe sur cette bizarrerie ou le firmware était chargé, mais impossible à vérifier.
Dans ton cas, je suis quasiment sûr qu'il est chargé (je connais ton module network), mais j'en ai pas la preuve, et ça a tendance à me gonfler.
le charger "manuellement" ?
Tu peux pas.
Il faudrait trouver un expert ubuntu pour expliquer comment on vérifie maintenant que les firmwares sont chargés.
Peut-être une innovation ubuntu qui m'échappe.

Connais-tu l'adresse de ton router ? 192.168.?.?
Si oui, tu le pingues pour voir si ça répond.
exemple: ping -c2 192.168.1.1

En connexion filaire, je ne le ping absolument pas, vu que ma carte fonctionne comme si le "câble réseau (était) débranché"

Tu as bien essayé avec un autre câble ? Ce n'est pas un câble croisé hein... (ça me rappelle un cas....).

Oui j'ai essayé 2 câbles différents, et les 2 fonctionnent quand je boot sous windows, aucun sous Ubuntu (en revanche, croisé ou pas j'ai un doute, je vérifie, mais je me dis que ça ne fonctionnerait pas sous Windows non plus, non ?)

He ben tu fais erreur.
Alors débrouilles toi pour confirmer que ton câble n'est pas croisé.
Tu peux essayer avec un liveCD linux ou équivalent par exemple.

Je viens d'essayer 3 câbles, tous des câbles droits.
J'ai essayé de booter aussi sur un live USB, même problème
