Problème au démarrage suite à mise à niveau vers version 14.04
Bonjour,
Je viens d'installer la nouvelle version d'Ubuntu, la mise à niveau s'est bien passée (malgré quelques paquets qui ne se sont pas installés il me semble) mais au redémarrage, j'ai le message suivant :

jetty is not installedLe disque dur UUID=5d2c4c53-4734-47d5-9f1d-c93f8b1cb76f n'est pas encore prêt ou présent
Continuer à attendre, ou appuyer sur S pour ignorer le montage ou M pour la récupération manuelle * Stopping anac(h)ronistic cron
J'ai bien sûr tenté d'attendre, d'appuyer sur S et M mais j'ai toujours le même résultat : l'écran noir apparaît et rien ne se passe.
Pour info, j'ai branché un disque dur externe avant de lancer la mise à niveau. D'après ce que j'ai trouvé sur le net, il peut y avoir un lien avec ce message d'erreur. Je précise que j'ai bien débranché mon DD externe avant de lancer la mise à niveau.
Si vous avez des solutions, merci de m'expliquer pas à pas ce que je dois faire parce que je ne suis pas une pro d'Ubuntu...

Je ne sais pas comment tu en es arrivé là mais tu as fait une installation avec l'ancien Grub alors qu'il faut utiliser grub-pc (le nouveau Grub).
Cet extrait de ton Boot-Info montre ce que propose Boot-Repair comme "Réparation recommandée" :

Cette proposition est bonne et je te suggère de l'accepter. Pour cela, tu recommences la procédure que tu as suivie pour faire le Boot-Info mais cette fois, au lieu de cliquer sur "Create a BootInfo summary", tu cliques sur "Recommanded repair" dans la fenêtre de Boot-Repair (ici)
A noter : pendant la réparation recommandée, Boot-Repair t'invitera à passer des commandes dans un terminal : ne t'amuse pas à essayer de taper ces commandes à la main parce que tu risques fort de faire des erreurs de frappe : utilise le copier-coller.

J'ai donc fait la réparation recommandée qui s'est apparemment bien passée. Mais j'ai toujours le même problème au démarrage.
Voilà ce que j'ai fait en redémarrant mon pc :
J'ai d'abord changé les paramètres du Boot (USB désactivée et j'ai mis en priorité 1 : "Hard Disk Drive"), ensuite j'ai un écran qui affiche :
* ubuntu
Advanced options for ubuntu
Et là j'ai selectionné "* ubuntu". J'ai donc l'écran de démarrage d'Ubuntu et au bout d'un moment le message d'erreur suivant apparaît :
Le disque dur UUID=5d2c4c53-4734-47d5-9f1d-c93f8b1cb76f n'est pas encore prêt ou présent. Continuer à attendre, ou appuyer sur S pour ignorer le montage ou M pour la récupération manuelle.
J'attends, puis je peux me connecter à ma session, ce que je fais. Ensuite, une fenêtre s'ouvre et m'indique :
System program problem detected
Do you want to report the problem now ?
Je clique sur "Report problems" puis voyant que la fenêtre ne disparaît pas, j'annule.
Le message finit par disparaîre mais l'écran reste "vide", je vois le fond d'écran violet d'Ubuntu et ma session ne s'ouvre pas.
Voilà où j'en suis...

En fait je suis passée de la version 10 (il me semble, en tout cas celle avant la 12.02) à la 14.04.
Peut-être que cela répond à ta question, à vrai dire je ne sais pas ce que signifie "ext3" ou "swap"...
Comment est-ce que je peux remplacer l'UUID ?
EDIT : J'ai oublié de l'indiquer dans mon post d'hier mais à la fin de la réparation, on m'a renvoyé ce lien : http://paste.ubuntu.com/8091466/
EDIT 2 : J'ai donc remplacer l'UUID comme tu me l'as dit de faire Baddu89 (enfin avec l'aide de mon chéri) et on a remarqué que l'UUID qu'on a modifié n'était pas le même... Pourtant dans le dernier Boot info (lien juste au dessus dans le premier EDIT de ce post), c'était bien les mêmes que dans le premier... Bref, résultat : le message d'erreur "le disque [...] n'est pas prêt ou présent" a disparu.
Mais malgré cela, j'ai toujours le problème au démarrage : je rentre mon mot de passe puis la fenêtre "system program problem detected" apparaît et là, ça bloque. Je vois toujours ce fond d'écran Ubuntu et rien ne charge...
J'ai vu que plusieurs personnes avaient ce problème mais je n'ai pas trouvé de solution, j'ai sûrement pas regardé les bons posts... J'espère que vous avez des pistes !

Pour info, je n'ai plus le message d'erreur qui apparaissait après l'ouverture de ma session, mais je me retrouve toujours avec le fameux fond d'écran...

Il conviendrait que tu sauvegardes sur disque dur externe toutes les données précieuses que tu peux avoir dans cet ordi : pas seulement les données qui pourraient se trouver dans la partition racine de Ubuntu mais également dans les autres partitions. Je parle de données précieuses pas de toutes les données. Mais ça me semble important de prendre ces précautions parce que quand on commence à avoir des emmerdes, on peut s'enfoncer de plus en plus. Tu peux faire cela depuis ta session live de Ubuntu 14.04 en suivant ces indications : https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.p … #p17773681
Quand ces bijoux de famille seront en sécurité, tu pourras faire une installation toute neuve de Ubuntu 14.04 : tout ce qu'il y a dans ton /home actuel sera perdu. Pour la partition sda1, tu adopteras le format EXT4 (au lieu du format actuel EXT3).

J'avais bien sauvegardé mes données sur un disque dur externe avant de lancer la mise à niveau (oui, je suis prévoyante, malgré le fait que je n'avais jamais eut de souci suite à une mise à niveau !) mais je vais quand même vérifier que je n'ai rien oublié...
Sinon, ne penses-tu pas que je devrais tenter la réparation recommandée que me propose Boot Repair ?
Je n'ai plus rien à perdre non ? Enfin peut-être que la réparation proposée n'a pas grand chose à voir avec mon problème...
Je n'ai pas bien compris cette phrase :

Est-ce qu'à un moment donné on va me demander de choisir le format ?

Boot-Repair répare le démarrage. Toi tu n'as pas de pb de démarrage : ton démarrage est fait mais c'est après que ça déconne, après l'ouverture de session. Donc non ça ne sert à rien de refaire une réparation recommandée de Boot-repair.
Actuellement, sda1 - ta partition racine de ton Ubuntu installé - a un format EXT3 comme tu peux voir dans cet extrait de ton dernier Boot-Info :

Ce format ne convient pas pour Ubuntu 14.04 et c'est pour cette raison que je t'invite à passer au format EXT4. Tu feras cela pendant l'installation : tu sélectionneras "Autre chose" à l'étape 3 de l’installation et c'est après cela que tu auras la possibilité de définir ce format pour ta partition racine. Tu pourras t'aider de cette doc mais plus particulièrement de la partie Exemple pratique
Toi tu n'auras pas à créer de nouvelles partitions : tu auras seulement à sélectionner la partition sda1, à cliquer sur le bouton "change" (qu'on aperçoit ici) puisque tu as juste à modifier cette partition pour définir :
utilisé comme : système de fichiers journalisé EXT4
point de montage : /
Quand tu auras cliqué sur OK, ta ligne /dev/sda1 devra ressembler à la ligne /dev/sda5 de cette vue : http://www.hostingpics.net/viewer.php?i … 151324.png
Tu noteras qu'il y a une coche dans la case de la colonne "Formater ?" ; c'est normal puisque justement il faut changer le format..
Tu n'as à t'occuper d'aucune autre partition : tu ne touches qu'à la partition /dev/sda1
Dans la partie "Périphérique où sera installé le programme de démarrage" (en bas de la fenêtre), tu veilleras à ce que /dev/sda soit sélectionné.
