[RESOLU]Besoin d'aide sur GRUB
Bonjour ami lunixiens
Je fais mes premiers pas sur Linux via Ubuntu et j'avoue que c'est assez plaisant bien que prise de tête pour le Windowsiens que je suis.... En attendant de passé complètement sous Linux je souhaiterais partagé mon ordi entre Windows et Linux histoire de bien fignolé mon passage a Linux et c'est bien la qu'est mon problème malgré toute la lecture que j'ai fait sur Grub via votre excellent site et mon ami google je n'arrive toujours pas a le paramétré pour que windows apparaissent dans le menu. Windows et Linux sont sur deux disque dur différent et je pense que mon problème vient peut être de la, mais j'en suis pas sur j'ai essayé de suivre le tuto sur le site mais rien n'y fait je n'arrive même pas a entré dans le menu pour augmenté le timeout et pour le moment je suis obligé de passé par le bios pour que l'ordi démarre sur l'un ou l'autre disque dur. Dès que je met le dd ou windows est installé en premier celui ne cherche même pas à comprendre il démarre windows sans demandé quoi que ce soit.. Quel impoli celui la alors... Enfin bref je ne sais pas quoi faire? Donc c'est pour cela que je sollicite votre aide que je puisse finir de préparé mon passage et viré définitivement ce windows impoli de la surface de ma planète.

sudo fdisk -l

Voila en faite je crois que j'ai compris ou était mon erreur ce que je m'obstinais a faire ces manip directement dans Grub donc forcement sa marche pas. la je vais réessayé de suivre le tuto pour voir si sa marche, je tiens au courant.

Le problème est bêtement que Windows n'a pas été détecté par GRUB
Rajoute donc après "### END DEBIAN AUTOMAGIC KERNELS LIST" :
title Windows XP
root (hd1,0)
rootnoverify (hd1,0)

map (hd0) (hd1) # hd0 devient hd1
map (hd1) (hd0) # hd1 devient hd0 virtuellement

Excuse tu vas me trouvé un peu bête mais sa fait que 4 jours que je suis sur Ubuntu et je sais pas du tout comment rajouté ce que tu m'as donné il y a une commande a rentré ??? j'ai essayé tout bêtement de le tapé dans le terminal a la suite et sa passe pas ya surment un truc que je fait mal.... C'est dur de tout réapprendre snif en tout cas merci pour ton aide:D

Oops
Alors tu fais Alt F2 (depuis Ubuntu), tu tapes "gksudo gedit /boot/grub/menu.lst" (sans les ") (ce qui veut dire "en_administrateur éditer_le_fichier /boot/grub/menu.lst"), tu ajoutes à la fin les lignes en question, tu enregistres et voilà
PS : Si tu as Kubuntu (et non ubuntu), remplace "gedit" par "kate"

Sa y'est sa marche Franchement un grand énorme MERCI slasher-fun. Je commence a comprendre certaines chose sur Linux et j'apprends petit a petit et la tu viens de m'enlevé une grosse épine du pied encore Merci et a bientà´t
