ubuntu impossible de télécharger un logiciel

BOnjour
j'ai une vielle version d 'ubuntu (Ubuntu 12.04.4 LTS ) et quand je dl un logiciel  dans la logitheque
rien ne se passe. la barre du téléchargement du logiciel apparaît  mais elle reste"vide".
Une Idée?

Bonjour,

Que donnent les commandes suivantes dans un terminal ?

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

Colle-nous les retour entre des balises code (Accessible avec ce bouton )

Même si elle est "vieille", la 12.04.4 est toujours supportée...
Donc, ça devrait fonctionner..
Essaie en ligne de commande via apt-get install pour voir s'il y a une erreur...

E: Impossible de verrouiller le répertoire d'administration (/var/lib/dpkg/). Il est possible qu'un autre processus l'utilise.

Tu ne nous donnes pas la commande : il est donc difficile de savoir si c'est dû à une erreur dans la commande (absence de sudo par exemple) ou si c'est en rapport avec ton problème...
Je pense qu'il te faut fermer toutes les fenêtres et redémarrer le PC.
Une fois redémarré, lance la commande.

Quand tu as "Impossible d'obtenir le verrou /var/lib/apt/lists/lock - open (11: Ressource temporairement non disponible)", cest que tus as une autre application ouverte (mes à jour, installation) qui interfère, il faut l'arrêter et/ou supprimer le fichier indiqué:

sudo rm -fi /var/lib/apt/lists/lock

---> le dépôt medibuntu n'existe plus... Il te faut le supprimer dans la liste de tes dépôts.

ca me gonfle
j 'ai lance ces 2 commandes pour supprimer mediubuntu
sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/medibuntu.list
sudo apt-get remove --purge medibuntu-keyring
et ca marche pas , il me dit que c'est impossible de l'enlever car il n'existe pas
