[résolu] Après installation Ubuntu 14.04, PC se démarre sous Windows

Bonsoir!

Je viens à vous car je suis absolument entièrement perdu.
J'ai installé Ubuntu 14.04 64 bits en dual-boot avec Windows 8.1 (sur un Asus Zenbook). J'ai d'abord fait une session Live USB, pour ensuite lancer l'installation, en choisissant l'option me proposant d'installer à côté de Windows 8.1. L'installation s'est faite, j'ai redémarré l'ordi, sauf que celui-ci se lance directement sous Windows (qui se porte toujours comme un charme, visiblement la partition n'a pas eu de ratés).

Du coup je ne comprends plus, je suis perdu.
Le Secure Boot était désactivé déjà. Je ne sais absolument pas vers quelle piste me diriger, j'ai regardé différents topics mais alors y a toujours des solutions différentes, donc finalement je reste dans le flou ahah.

Si quelqu'un a de l'expérience dans ce domaine et voulait bien sauver ma soirée, je vous en remercierait énormément!

afin que l’on puisse t’aider, pourrais-tu faire un rapport Boot-Info depuis une session live et poster ici l’url en suivant cette procédure : tutoriel/boot-info.

Merci pour ta réponse rapide, et désolé de ma lenteur, j'ai téléchargé l'iso du logiciel (ce qui a été long vu ma connexion), avant de me rendre compte que je pouvais faire sans ._.

Je ne sais pas quel tuto tu as employé pour installer ubuntu, mais il me semble que tu as déraillé dés le départ.
Il est possible qu'un spécialiste te donne directement la commande pour remettre en état. Elle doit exister.

Je pense donc que probablement tu as installé ubuntu avec avec ce mode positionné.

Lorsque cette information est présente, cela sous-entend que l'installation windows est faite avec un bios EFI.
et qu'il aurait fallu faire l'installation ubuntu en ayant un bios positionné en EFI afin que les fichiers de boot de ubuntu soient aussi présents à cet endroit.
Soit tu as modifié le bios soit je me trompe dans cette analyse.
cependant, J'ai envie de faire confiance a la réparation recommandée

Mais je ne sais pas s'il faut la faire avant ou après avoir modifié le bios pour le passer en EFI. Peut-être que cela n'a pas d'importance.

Bonsoir!

Merci pour ta réponse. En effet, je pensais que l'installation s'était faite en mode EFI à vrai dire, mais ce n'est visiblement pas le cas, zut hmm
Mais je comprends mieux l'origine du problème en effet, l'installation n'a effectivement pas été faite avec l'option "UEFI". J'ai fait cela car l'autre option me permettait de cocher l'option nomodeset, qui permettait à la live usb de lancer l'essai d'Ubuntu, et donc par là même de l'installer (là où l'autre ne le faisait pas). D'ailleurs je suis en train de réfléchir par rapport à ta dernière remarque: pour le moment je ne peux lancer BootRepair qu'à partir du live USB lancé sur le bios qui n'est pas "UEFI" (ça m'arrangerait donc si ça n'avait pas d'importance, mais j'attends d'autres avis avant d'effectuer quoi que ce soit du coup ^^).

Dans le cas où j'effectuerais la réparation, j'imagine que j'aurais des manipulations à effectuer? (je voudrais éviter de refaire une bêtise..)

PS: je viens de tomber sur le tuto, serait-ce la manip' que tu as conseillé? ici

Non, il ne faut pas faire confiance à ça car tout porte à croire pour le moment que Windows est installé en mode Legacy :

Donc, non, Windows est en fait installé en mode EFI.
Il faudrait donc refaire un rapport Boot-Info en ayant démarré une session live en mode EFI (voir les chapitres 2.5 et 2.6 de la page de doc uefi).

D'accord, pas de soucis je vois comment cela s'effectue smile

Maintenant j'aurais une question: quand on arrive sur cette page, en mode EFI donc, comment fait-on pour activer l'option "nomodeset"?

Parce que précisément, quand je démarre la Live USB en mode Legacy (enfin dans l'autre option disponible que celle EFI), et que j'arrive sur le menu Ubuntu proposant "Installer", "Essayer sans Installer" etc... il y a dans la ligne du bas l'option "F6 Autres" qui me permet de cocher l'option "nomodeset", or cette option "F6 Autres" n'apparaît pas sur le menu du mode EFI, je ne peux donc pas activer le "nomodeset" et ainsi cela me donne un écran noir.

C'est parfait, tu as bien réussi à démarrer en mode EFI et on peut lire dans le rapport les intentions de réparation de Boot-Repair :

Ces intentions sont bonnes et je te conseille donc de refaire exactement comme tu viens de faire pour faire le Boot-Info mais cette fois, tu cliqueras sur le bouton(*) de la réparation recommandée.
Pendant la réparation recommandée, tu verras que le réparateur te proposera des commandes à taper : ne cherche pas à taper quoi que ce soit mais au contraire, utilise le copier-coller pour coller chaque commande proposée dans le terminal et la valider par la touche Entrée. Tu éviteras ainsi les erreurs de frappe. Si tu prends bien ton temps et que tu fais tout bien calmement tu obtiendras une réparation parfaite.

Bonjour,

En fait elle n'as mème pas besoin de réparer, de plus, ça pourrais lui causé des soucis sur la priorité du démarrage.
Le plus simple et plus sur c'est de désactivé UEFI depuis le Bios et là, le menu Grub avec ces OS au démarrage lui serra proposé.
C'est aussi un avantage, car la partition EFI reste propre sans trace en cas de désinstallation d'Ubuntu.

Ben non parce que Windows est installé en mode EFI (voir post #7) et on ne peut pas démarrer Windows installé en mode EFI en passant par Grub d'un Ubuntu installé en mode non-EFI.

Me revoilà!

J'ai suivi le Boot Repair, comme indiqué par Malbo, et j'ai maintenant le menu boot qui s'affiche, donc c'est réglé à ce niveau-ci!
Merci beaucoup pour votre aide à tous pour ce problème de GRUB, c'est un peu Noël avant l'heure à ce niveau ahah

Bon par contre comme tu l'as écrit, effectivement j'ai le droit à un écran noir au démarrage, donc je vais suivre les indications que tu m'as données, pour pouvoir lancer Ubuntu smile J'espère que tout va bien fonctionner, croisons les doigts!

Maintenant, pour que je ne sois plus embêté à taper nomodeset à chaque démarrage, j'ai donc installé Boot Repair, une fois dedans Options avancées-->Grub-->Ajouter une option, et là je sélectionne "nomodeset", c'est ça? Et du coup, une fois que cela sera fait, je n'aurais plus besoin de rien toucher, ou c'est une solution temporaire? (désolé de mon incompétence, mais à vrai dire je ne saisis pas vraiment ce que fait cette option, le seul changement que je constate c'est que quand elle est activée Ubuntu démarre, et fonctionne parfaitement x)

Exactement !!
Mais là tu n'en n'as pas besoin car elle y-est déjà :

J'ai du quand même l'activer avec BootRepair, car sinon ça ne marchait pas..
Maintenant j'ai un problème... Tout marchait très bien sur Ubuntu, j'ai donc lancé les mises à jour, qui se téléchargaient, et d'un coup paf, écran noir, avec juste la souris que je pouvais déplacer. J'ai attendu, et ai fini par éteindre l'ordi. Je signale bien que les mises à jour n'étaient pas terminées, je suspecte cela d'avoir provoqué une pagaille dans le système.

En effet, maintenant, quand je me connecte sur Ubuntu, déjà j'ai plus la possibilité de me connecter à internet (aucun réseau détecté), et au niveau de l'affichage, tout est normal...sauf qu'il "saute". La souris clignote, et les fenêtres que j'ouvre grossissent et rapetissent (enfin le texte qu'il y a dedans), c'est vraiment étrange oO
J'ai noté aussi, qu'ayant essayé de lancer un logiciel, lorsque la fenêtre demandant mon mot de passe s'est ouverte, le logo changeait toutes les secondes (au même rythme que le reste: souris qui clignotait et texte qui "sautait"), entre une clé et un autre logo.

Du coup je ne sais absolument pas quoi faire. J'ajoute que lorsque je cherche à éteindre l'ordinateur sous Ubuntu (en haut à droite, puis "éteindre" donc), il me propose de fermer ma session. Et une fois cela fait, je fais la même manipulation pour l'éteindre, la fenêtre s'affiche mais je n'ai qu'un bout du texte, suivi de points de ponctuation (du style "Souhaitez vous..."), et pas de bouton pour éteindre l'ordi.

Donc au niveau graphique là c'est un peu l'émeute visiblement..

Et donc je suis sous Windows, qui m'affiche maintenant fièrement qu'il est "19:39", donc il a décidé de changer d'heure entre temps.

Apparemment, tu es toi aussi victime du bug de la dernière mises à jour du serveur X.
Il te faudra absolument réinstaller puis décoché ces paquets avant de valider la mises à jour :

xserver-xorg-core
xserver-common

Pour refuser la mises à jour de ces paquets.

Non !! il faut réinstallé par dessus, c'est-à-dire tu réinstalles Ubuntu sur sda9 avec formatage, tu choisis "autre chose" à l'installation pour faire ceci, puis tu décoches la case "installer les mises à jour pendant l'installation". Une fois terminer tu redémarres sur Ubuntu, ensuite avant de lancé les mises à jour tu décoches les cases de ces paquets "xserver-xorg-core" et "xserver-common" depuis le gestionnaire de mises à jour pour refuser la mises à jour de ces paquets.

SURTOUT PAS !!! Il y a un bug de l’installateur 14.04 et il supprime irrémédiablement Windows dans cette condition.
Il faut passer par Autre chose comme l’a préconisé kalunux.

Non !! je te dé-conseil cette solution. C'est très simple une fois arrivé sur l'écran de partitionnement après avoir choisis "autre chose" tu sélectionnes la partition "sda9" puis sur le bouton "modifier" ensuite tu lui attribue :
- Système de fichier-> "ext4"
- Point de montage-> "/"
- Tu coches la case-> "formater"
Ensuite, tu installes en vérifiant bien dans le bas que le programme de démarrage serra installer sur "/dev/sda" car c'est lui qu'il faut choisir.
