( Résolu) Oups, besoin d'aide firefox plus de flash

Bonjour
En essayant  regarder des films ou télécharger des films sous silverlight, j'ai bidouillé tellement que maintenant firefox n'affiche plus les vidéos, et autres sites ayant besoin de flash, youtube et toutes animations, j'ai vraiment "merdé", essayé diverses solutions, que maintenant firefox n'est plus utilisable!
help, s'il vous plait.

exemple avec gmail, j'ai ce message:

Je l'ai fait, mais après de nombreuses manipulations hasardeuses!!!! A savoir que uniquement firefox ne marche pas, chromium, midori, qupzilla marchent correctement.

Salut, lemieux est de virer FF et le reinstaler proprement me semble-t-il

sudo apt-get remove firefox -purge
sudo apt-get install firefox

Avant de le réinstaller il serait judicieux de faire le ménage dans les dépôts et PPA : pourquoi utilises tu des backports wheezy (il faudrait vérifier qu'ils ne portent pas leur version de firefox, ceux-là). Tu peux aussi virer le PPA inexistant lauchnpad (tu dois le voir dans logiciels et mises à jour 2e onglet)

2 j'ai 6 lignes de launchpad, je dois enlever quoi?

et une fois enlevé les lignes en trop je m'occupe de firefox, après vos réponses

Ton source list est en vrac pour commencer lance le gestionnaire de mise a jour et décoche tout ce qui n'est pas utopic

Tu enregistres.
Puis tu passes :

bon, j'ai choisi de commencer par décocher les 2 wheezi, il n'y a plus que des utopic

Euhh, déjà tu m'excuses (j'ai modifié le post) j'avais tout mis en trusty alors que tu es en utopic (ce qui t'obligera à faire les mises à niveau jusqu'à la prochaine LTS).

Applique la procédure de Nam cela devrait fonctionner !

La critique est facile, mais l'art est difficile !
L'humanité étant ce qu'elle est, la liberté ne sera jamais un acquit, mais toujours un droit à défendre !
Pour résoudre un problème commence par poser les bonnes questions, la bonne solution en découlera

Voilà j'ai fait les 3 commandes de Nam sur le terminal, par contre tu me demandes d'enregistrer la phase 2??? pas pu, pas su, pas fait, j'ai collé tout sur le terminal!

Avec ubuntu depuis la LTS 08.04  10 ans déjà ...Heureux d'avoir découvert Linux et Ubuntu:
pc et portables migrés sous ubuntu! ça devient de plus en plus facile
merci à tous les développeurs de linux et aux actifs du site

Ah, houlà, je n'ai pas du être assez clair.
quand tu fais 

gksudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

, ca t'ouvre un fichier dans gedit (editeur de texte)
Là tu vires tout le texte existant.
Tu mets à la place le contenu du gros pavé et tu fermes le fichier en demandant bien de l'enregistrer.
Pour vérifier que c'est bien passé ce coup là tu nous redonnes le résultat de 

sudo apt update
