Recovery d'une Partition d'un dual boot
Bonjour tout le monde,
Context:
J'ai installé Ubuntu 12.04 LTS en dual boot de Windows 7 depuis maintenant quelque mois. Tout se passait très bien jusqu'à ces dernières semaines pendant lesquelles mon Windows refuse de demarrer.
Heureusement, mon Ubuntu continu de marcher a marveille :-).
Question:
Serait-il possible d'utiliser l'option recovery de Windows sans pour autant désinstaller mon Ubuntu qui contient deja des logiciels et des données?
Autrement dit, Je voudrais savoir ce qui pourrait arriver si jamais je cliquais sur la dernière option affichée sur la photo suivante?

Tu dois avoir un Live-CD/DVD/USB.
Tu réinstalle BootMGR (bootloader Windows)
Quand Windows démarrare c'est bon et si tu ne peut pas démarrer Ubuntu, c'est normal.
Ensuite, tu réinstalle GRUB depuis le Live CD/DVD/USB d'Ubuntu
Tu devrais pouvoir démarrer tes deux systèmes.

Merci bien Linuxian,
Oui, j'ai un Live-CD Ubuntu 12.04. J'ai aussi essaye de reinstaller le BootMGR via la boot-Repair de YannUbuntu. Resultat j'ai un loader de plus pour windows(cf image1). Mais aucun des deux ne marche encore (cf. image2 & 3).
Lancer windows comme recommande dans l'image2, charge les fichiers en vain et redonne l'image3.
La deuxieme option, le lancement normal, reste a l'etat de l'image 4. rien n'a vraiment change.
La, je suis vraiment coince. De l'aide s'il vous plait.
Comme tu disais mon ubuntu etait inaccessible mais mon windows non plus.
Il continu a se comporter de la meme maniere(voir image)
Finalement, j'ai recupere mon ubuntu en reutilisant le meme boot-repair pour reparer le grub.
PS: Quelqu'un pourrait me rappeler la commande qui permet de reinstaller le mbr, puisaue je l'avais sauvegarde. Merci.

PS: Quelqu'un pourrait me rappeler la commande qui permet de reinstaller le mbr, puisaue je l'avais sauvegarde. Merci.
Ton pc démarre et n'a jamais cessé de lancer correctement le chargeur d'amorçage (qui est sur le disque dur), puis au moins un OS.
Donc le mbr n'est pas en cause.
Et ce qui ne marche plus est en aval du chargeur d'amorçage.
Réinjecter la sauvegarde du mbr, au mieux, ne changerait rien,
au pire serait catastrophique (une fausse manip' est vite arrivée).
Les trois pistes les plus vraisemblables sont :
- corruption de fichiers dans Windows,
- corruption du système de fichiers supportant Windows,
- disque physiquement dégradé.
Donc pour que le forum puisse t'aider, évite les initiatives malencontreuses et donne-nous
- l'url produite par boot-info
- le retour complet de
sudo apt-get install smartmontools && sudo smartctl -a /dev/sda
p.s.: à l'avenir lis cohabitation_ubuntu_windows avant d'installer tes OS.

Malgré ses 9.000 heures ton Seagate ST320LT020 est sub-claquant :
nombre d'erreurs surréaliste et

Il est URGENT de sauvegarder tes données sur un DDE.
COLLE aussi cette commande
sudo mkdir /mnt/a && sudo mount /dev/sda4 /mnt/a && ls -la /mnt/a
dans un terminal et colle le retour ici.
Cela permettra de voir si ça vaut le coup ou non de sauvegarder sda4 aussi, pour réinstaller ton win7 sur ton futur disque neuf.

Aïe !
The disk contains an unclean file system (0, 0).
The file system wasn't safely closed on Windows. Fixing.
On voit aussi 5 dossiers, dont BOOT et Restore, ainsi qu'un fichier (momentanément) à zéro octet :
inutilisable en l'état.
Démonte cette partition, si tu ne l'as pas déjà fait ou si tu n'as pas redémarré le pc.
sudo umount /dev/sda4
(erreur corrigée 17h08)
Si jamais tu arrives à redémarrer win7, dépêche-toi de lui faire réparer cette partition

et comment démonter cette partition?
Cette commande monte-t-il /sd4?
sudo mount /dev/sda4
Voici son retour
mount : impossible de trouver /dev/sda4 dans /etc/fstab ou /etc/mtab
On peut vraiment rien faire pour les booster a aller au delà de 0, ces dossiers?
Là je suis coincé alors que je dois utiliser le logiciel autocad pour prépare mes travaux pratique. Et là je n'ai pas les moyens de me payer un autre ordi.

1) Excuse-moi : j'ai corrigé mon erreur, c'est bien sûr
sudo umount /dev/sda4
avec un "u", comme Unmount, "démonter".
2) Ce n'est pas tout l'ordi qui est à changer, seulement le disque !
3) Il y a peut-être des bricolages intermédiaires gratos
3.1) Lance
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get autoremove
3.2) donne
du -shc /var/log
df -h
df -i
3.3) As-tu un cd-live sous la main (ou usb) ? Nous allons en avoir besoin pour tester sda5, ta partition (racine+home).

Bien ! il te reste de la place.
Dans un premier temps, nous allons voir si sda6 est épargnée ou non.
Comme ça risque d'être long, je te propose de lancer l'opération avant de te coucher, en laissant fsck turbiner pendant ton sommeil.
Il faut démarrer sur ton cd live.
Puis s'assurer que la partition sdx6 est démontée. J'ai noté "x" parce que la lettre peut ne plus être "a".
mount
t'affichera ce qui est monté. Et tu vérifieras que dans la liste tu ne vois pas de début de ligne en "/dev/sdx6".
Si tu en vois, tu feras, en adaptant la lettre "x" :
sudo umount /dev/sdx6
Ensuite, la commande à passer, en adaptant la lettre "x", est :
sudo fsck.ext4 -yfvc /dev/sdx6
Vérifie, les 30 1ères secondes, que tu n'as pas de message d'erreur genre "paquet e2fslibs manquant".
Après quoi, déconnecte-toi du réseau, tant filaire que wifi.
Puis extinction (facultative) de l'écran :
- si c'est une tour, tu peux éteindre l'écran, mais si tu n'es pas seul, scotche un message sur le On/Off de ta tour pour que personne n'y touche demain matin, en le croyant inactif et éteint...
- si c'est un portable, merci Vaykadji !
sh -c "sleep 1; xset dpms force off;"
ceci va juste éteindre l'écran qui se rallumera à la moindre pression d'une touche de clavier ou mouvement de souris.
Enfin tu peux aller te coucher avec un bon bouquin.
DEMAIN matin,
surtout, tu recopies le retour intégral sur clef usb.
Tu te reconnectes au réseau.
Deux cas de figure :
- fsck a fini son boulot. Super, tu peux redémarrer en session normale pour poster ici le retour intégral de fsck.
- fsck n'a pas fini. À toi de voir : l'idéal serait de le laisser continuer à bosser, tout en donnant des nouvelles ici. Mais si tu es contraint d'utiliser ta session normale dans la journée, ok. Tu relanceras fsck la nuit prochaine, car grâce à l'option -c, les secteurs déjà reconnus comme défectueux auront été marqués comme tels dans sdx4, donc ça ira de plus en plus vite.
De toute façon, tu diras où fsck en est, en copiant-collant le retour du terminal.

N'ayant pas trouvé une ligne contenant: "/dev/sdx6", j'ai passé la commande:
sudo fsck.ext4 -yfvc /dev/sd
et tape la touche "Tab". Ce qui rajoute un "a". Un second "Tab" liste:
sda sda1 sda2 sda3 sda4 sda5 sda6 sda7
Ce qui m'a permis de passer la commande
sudo fsck.ext4 -yfvc /dev/sda6

t'avait dit, avant smartctl, que ton disque était dégradé.
J'ai meme passe toutes les lettres de l'alphabet histoire d'etre sur qu'il n'y a que "sda" avant de continuer.
Il y a plus rapide :
sudo fdisk -l
et
sudo parted -l
te permettent de lister toutes les partitions de tous les disques branchés et reconnus.
La mention importante - et excellente ! - est celle-ci :
0 bloc défectueux
Elle signifie qu'il est possible de prendre une partie de sda6 pour installer un win7 temporaire de secours, sur lequel tu pourras installer autocad le temps de boucler tes travaux pratiques et de trouver un disque neuf.
a) /!\ Ton numéro de licence win7 (ne le donne pas ici) est-il lisible sous ton pc ?
Il sera à fournir à M$ dans les 30 jours suivant l'installation pour officialiser ce win7 de secours !
Mais avant d'en arriver là, j'aimerais le regard d'un bon connaisseur de windows.
D'autant plus que je découvre tes photos du #3, sauf la 1ère "access denied", et sur "Image 3" on lit :
Lancer l'outil de redémarrage système (recommandé)
Et soit tu n'as pas suivi cette recommandation, soit, plus probablement, tu as fait un lapsus en intervertissant "Image 3" et "Image 2".
b) Peux-tu confirmer que tu as suivi cette recommandation mais en vain ?
c) Redémarre ta Xubuntu 12.04.5 normalement et donne
dpkg -l | grep -Ei "linux-headers|linux-image"
d) Donne
sudo mkdir /tmp/5 && sudo mount /dev/sda5 /tmp/5 && ls -la /mnt/5

Oui j'ai ma licence Win7. Et j'avais appliqué la recommendation a maintes reprises, en vain.
Lancer l'outil de redémarrage système (recommandé)
Le seul resultat que j'obtenais et que je viens encore d'obtenir est: Windows charge les fichiers... Et puis retour à la fenetre listant les 2 options: demarrage recommende ou normal.
Apres redemarrage normal de Ubuntu, voici le retour de la commande

Donc sda5 , 3Go, ntfs, est vide. (à suivre)

en choisissant à chaque fois suppression complète.
Point-clef : garder les deux derniers noyaux fonctionnels !
(dans ton cas, actuellement, tous les paquets 3.2.0-79 et 3.2.0-80).
Après, tu vérifieras, par
dpkg -l | grep -Ei "linux-headers|linux-image"
que tu n'en as oublié aucun (51 paquets, si j'ai bien calculé). Puis
sudo update-grub
puis redémarrage.

Point-clef : garder les deux derniers noyaux fonctionnels !
(dans ton cas, actuellement, tous les paquets 3.2.0-79 et 3.2.0-80).
Kclean fait çà très bien aussi, je l'utilise sur tous mes Os Linux. voir ici

Il fait aussi la maj de Grub.
Dès le début, avec un DVD Windows, il n'y avait pas moyen de réparer le boot loader de ce dernier avec la console de récupération qui est dans le DVD.?
Machine OEM sans DVD d'install peut-être...

J'ai découvert Ubuntu avec la 07.10.... Et alors?!... Depuis je regarde de temps en temps si Windows marche toujours....

Dans un premier temps, j'ai desinstallé que les "linux-quelquechose-3.2.0-23-quelquechose" et "linux-quelquechose-3.2.0-77-quelquechose". Apres constat de la petite place libérée, je relie et note le "à". Donc 3,647 GO de liberer
Apres avoir passe la commande et constater qu'il en restait 1:
dpkg -l | grep -Ei "linux-headers|linux-image"
linux-headers-3.2.0-23
Voici le resultat final:

car mon petit doigt me dit que tu auras un noyau et d'autres mises à jour de sécurité...
Babdu89 : tu as bien sûr tout à fait raison de penser à kclean. Simplement, je voulais que Guy310 apprenne d'abord à faire la purge à la main pour qu'il sache ce que fera kclean plus tard.
Quant à corriger le boot du win7 actuel... compare le fsck de sda6, sain, avec le reste du fil et en particulier les données smart.
