Accès à Facebook et Twitter impossible

Bonjour ici Je suis du Mali et à l'instant ou j'envoie ce message je n'arrive pas jusqu'à présent à accéder sur ma page Facebook et Twitter ainsi que tant de page.. Je ne suis pas du tout dans ma peau que faire SVP.:(:(:(
