connection GPS bluetooth

Bonjour,
Je n'arrive pas a connecter mon GPS bluetooth (Locosys BGT 31).
J'ai suivi la section 2.2 de la page GPS de la doc.

Là je me pose plusieurs questions :
- pourquoi le 'permission denied avecla commande rfcomm ?
- pourquoi : sudo: unable to resolve host EeePC ?
- La réponse n'est pas celle attendue (address already in use)
- La fenetre xgps ne contient aucune donnée : la connexion n'est pas établie.
