ACPI conflicts with OpRegion

Salut,

J'ai un serveur qui tourne sous Ubuntu serveur 14.04 avec le noyau OpenVZ + KVM.

Depuis un moment le serveur crash avec une alerte ACPI conflicts with OpRegion

Dans la commande dsmeg j'ai ceci :

J'ai mis acpi=off via grub mais rien ne se fait. Quelqu'un a une idee ? merci
