Erreur Point d'Interrogation lors de la preparation a l'Installation

Bonjour à tous,
J'essaie depuis deux jours d'installer (sur mon Toshiba Satellite C50D-B-10W sous Windows 8.1) ubuntu 15.04 ou 14.10 ou 14.04.
Tout marche bien (la clefs usb live, le boot) jusqu'à que j'arrive au menu d'installation quand on doit cocher la case "installer les mises a jours" et "installer logiciels tiers". Lorceque je clique "continuer" j'attends 30s et un message d'erreur composé uniquement de points d'interrogations apparait. Je le ferme et l'installation freeze ici, rien ne se passe; donc impossible d'installer ubuntu.
La version 14.04 arrive a passer cette étape mais lorsque je dois partitionner mon disuque l'installateur ne reconnait pas windows 8.1 et veut tout effacer pour mettre ubuntu. GParted affiche la même chose. Alors que sur la version 14.10 et 15.04 on trouve bien mes partitions windows, recovery, etc.. avec GParted. Mais malheureusement jen'arrive pas a passer l'étape où les points d'interrogations apparaissent..
Avez vous déjà rencontré ce problème ?

C'est connu : Ubuntu 14.04 était affecté d'un bug qui faisait que Windows 8 n'était pas reconnu. La solution est très simple : il faut sélectionner "Autre chose" à l'étape "Type d'installation" : c'est ce qui est proposé dans ce tuto que je te conseille pour ton installation de Ubuntu 14.04 : efi un jeu d'enfant (tuto du site "Libre à Quimperlé")

Merci pour la réponse rapide !
Mais leproblème est que sur la 15.04 et la 14.10 je n'accede même pas à l'option "autre chose" vu que j'ai le message composé de points d'interrogation juste avant qui fait tout freezer.. Et avec la version 14.04 je coche bien "autre chose" sauf que aucune partition n'est reconnue (alors que j'ai créé les deux ext4 et la linux swap)
Je ne vois pas d'où vient le problème

Donc sur la 15.04 si je vais dans GParted je peut bien voir les partitions et en créer ! Mais quand je clique "continuer" dans l'installateur il y a le fameux message d'erreur à points d'interrogation qui arrive.. Ce message apparaît juste avant le menu où je suis sensé cliquer sur "autre chose"
J'espère être assez claire, c'est dur à expliquer !

"Installer les mises a jours", tu peux le faire juste après l'installation (c'est toujours mon choix) .

Et "installer logiciels tiers", c'est complètement facultatif, à moins d'avoir une carte graphique non reconnue (si c'était le cas, tu t'en serais rendu compte avant, pendant la session "essayer sans installer").
(Et si la carte wifi n'est pas reconnue, tu pourras installer son module plus tard).

Je crois que c'est un problème connu.
Ton micro est en EFI
Dans ce contexte, Il faut qu'il y ait déjà une partition efi de présente.
Tu vas dire qu'elle est déjà présente,
               Je suis presque certain qu'elle n'a pas le fag boot, et cela suffit à cet installateur de la version 15.04 ou 14.10 pour ne pas croire qu'elle est bonne d'où son affichage avec des points  d'interrogation qui bloque la suite.



AJOUT   => je vois une très grosse anomalie dans ce boot-info, elle est tellement énorme, que je pense me tromper
                UBUNTU est installé
or tu n'as jamais dit que cela avait déjà été fait ???

Nous avons peut-être un indice ici :

Des partitions ext créées de frais devraient être occupées à 5% (par le dossier-système "lost+found").
Je te propose de redémarrer en live avec pour seul but de reformater (en lançant gparted) sda6 et sda8 (toujours en ext4, et en gardant leurs tailles actuelles).
  Et si tu as des messages d'erreur, surtout, tu les colles ici !

Je dois mettre le flag boot sur quelle partition ? Sda n° combien ?
Et non je n'ai jamais installé ubuntu auparavant ni jamais !
J'ai formaté sda6 et sda8 en ext4 et le message s'affiche de nouveau avec les points d'interrogation..
Mais peut être que la solution est de mettre le flag boot comme dit mais je ne sais pas sur quel sda le mettre ! J'ai une partition FAT32 en boot,esp en tout cas (la sda2)

une partition  fat32  a le n° 1b ( (je crois) une partition esp  a le n° ee
Cet installateur ne se sert pas de cette information. Mais  du flag boot du siècle passé.
et maintenant les windows préinstallé ne le positionnent plus.
on voit très bien ici qu'il n'est pas positionné, sinon, il y aurait un astérisque juste après sda2

Sur ce point, je pense que  que tu installes sans suivre un tuto . et tu crois que tout est automatique, c'est à toi de positionner les partitions qu'il faut que ubuntu utilise.
Je connais bien un tuto, mais il part de principe que les partitions n'ont pas été préventivement créées.
Peux-tu dire si tu arrives au moins à cette étape ?

Moi je connais un tuto qui doit convenir dans lequel les partitions ont été créées à l'avance : c'est le tuto "efi un jeu d'enfant" du site "Libre à Quimperlé"

Désolé, je ne me rappelle pas ce débat.
Sauf erreur ou omission de ma part, parted -l n'indique jamais l'astérisque.

J'ai supprimé tout puis j'ai suivi à la lettre le tuto et ça le fais le même problème.. Mais pour le mode efi c'est ppas comme dans le tuto. Si je vais dans widows et que je vais dans paramètres, MAJ et récupération puis redémarrer maintenant pour accéder à l'ecrant bleu pour booter sur la clé USB, bah ça fais bien l'ecrant bleu mais il me propose la clé USB en UEFI puis si je clique dessus ça boot sur windows direct.. Moi je suis simplement en mode UEFI dans les réglages du F2 pendant le démarrage mais c'est tout. Pour booter la clef j'appuie juste sur l'alimentation je sais pas si c'est bon ?

Est-ce bien avec clé que tu avais fais ton boot-info et lancé tes premières installations me semble-t-il ?????
Si Oui, il n'y a pas de raison de changer la façon dont tu bootes.

Mais je suis pris d'un doute
         Ton micro est en EFI et ton boote est en EFI    De temps en temps ne t'amuses-tu pas à le passer en LEGACY?


Pour Moko:     Dans le "ON", je ne sais plus qu'il y avait dans cette discussion (qui avait été un aparté dans une installation difficile).
                    Cela portait sur les différantes réactions de la commandes 'os-prober" en fonction de la présence de ce flag et du type de la table de partition (MS-DOS/GPT)
              Pour l'astérisque, tu as raison, J'ai le flag-boot et mon auto-bootinfo ne l'indique pas.

J'ai tout réessayé en ayant effectué une défragmentation auparavant et toujours ce message de points d'interrogations.. Je commence à croire qu'on n'arrivera pas à l'installer sur mon PC..

Effectivement cela va être dur
   Si j'ai bien compris
      En choisissant les versions 15.04 ou 14.10   l'installateur affiche la liste des partitions avec des points d'interrogations
      En choisissant la version 14.02 l'installateur est incapable d'afficher cette liste.
    et pourtant  boot-repair sait l'afficher!
    Je vois un point commun, elles sont toutes les trois avec le noyau 3.16
   
   Je te propose de faire un essai avec le noyau 3.13 si tu ne l'as pas encore fait

     A noter : le fichier iso à utiliser pour réaliser le support live (liveDVD ou liveUSB) est ubuntu-14.04.1-desktop-amd64.iso qui est téléchargeable aux adresses suivantes :

J'ai booté ubuntu 14.04.1 sur ma clé USB et j'ai bien installé le kernel 3.13 (installé puis vérifié avec la commande "uname -r" ) mais il ne reconnais aucune partition du tout! Mais au moins le message au points d'interrogations n'apparaît pas !
