(résolu) problème de wifi avec pc packard bell ENLG 71BM-P096

Bonjour à toutes et à tous,

Je possède un PC Packard Bell  ENLG 71BM-P096 et un ami m'a installé ubuntu 14.04. Je suis très satisfait de ce système d'exploitation mais je rencontre un problème récurrent  depuis le début de l'installation de ce dernier. Lorsque je navigue en wifi, j'ai affaire à des coupures intempestives avec ce message qui s'affiche à l'écran: dns prob finished no internet. Je précise que je n'ai pas ce souci  quand je navigue en filaire. Etant novice en informatique, je vous remercie par avance de l'aide que vous pourrez m'apporter.

merci d'avoir répondu. donc je rentre une apres l'autre les commandes dans le terminal et je fais un copier coller des resultats, ca c'est OK. Mais ou dois je coller les resultats? Ça je n'ai pas bien compris, car ces derniers prennent beaucoup de places et je n'en aurai jamais assez pour tout faire tenir.

commences par taper

sudo rfkill unblock all

puis tapes

echo "options rtl8723be fwlps=0" | sudo tee /etc/modprobe.d/rtl8723be.conf

puis 

sudo reboot

et dis si ton wifi fonctionne

OK, j'ai rentré ces 3 commandes dans le terminal et je vais voir si les coupures wifi ont cessé. Je vous tiens au courant demain  ou au plus tard après demain.

La wifi fonctionne parfaitement. Merci beaucoup pour votre aide! Et sinon une dernière question: comme mon problème est résolu, comment dois-je faire pour signaler mon problème comme étant résolu et ainsi clore cette discussion?

SI TU PENSES QUE TON PROBLÈME EST SOLUTIONNÉ, AJOUTES [RÉSOLU] DANS LE TITRE DE TON PREMIER POST, CELA POURRA AIDER D'AUTRES UBUNTEROS QUI ONT LE MÊME PROBLÈME QUE TOI. wink
