[ Résolu] Démarrage

Bonjour,

Depuis quelques temps, j'ai un problème au démarrage d'ubuntu version 14.04.3 LTS, après des mises à jour. L'écran passe du noir au violet et reste en l'état.
Je viens de faire un boot repair :
http://paste.ubuntu.com/13935942 et 5 minutes avant, le même avec comme fin 13935859.

Si tu presses la touche SHIFT au démarrage, est-ce que tu peux faire apparaître le menu Grub ?

Tu as essayé de démarrer en mode recovery ? (échap au démarrage puis option puis Ubuntu recovery).

Bonjour à tous le deux. Merci pour vos réponses.
En mode recovery, cela n'a rien donné, jamais même, puisque ce n'est pas la première fois que ces problèmes arrivent et que j'ai essayé ça plusieurs fois.
Par contre, j'ai appuyé sur la touche shift ce matin, est apparu le menu Grub, avec 4 options (est-ce bien cela?) et l'ordinateur a démarré normalement.
Je vais essayé de nouveau comme ça et je vous tiens au courant.

Me revoilà. 4 essais dont deux en appuyant sur la touche shift et deux sans appuyer sur cette touche et l'ordi démarre normalement.
Ce qui est nouveau c'est que jusqu'à la dernière mise à jour le menu Grub ne s'affichait pas au démarrage.
Est ce que le boot repair d'hier est à l'origine du retour à la normale?
Bref je n'y comprends rien mais ça fonctionne.

Oui, d'après ton Boot-Info, ces 4 options devraient être :

Ubuntu
Advanced options for Ubuntu
Memory test (memtest86+)
Memory test (memtest86+, serial console 115200)

En fait, je t'avais demandé de faire cela parce que j'avais en tête de te proposer de sélectionner "Advanced options for Ubuntu", ce qui aurait fait apparaître un sous-menu dans lequel tu aurais eu l'opportunité de démarrer sur le noyau précédent (3.19.0-25) plutôt que sur le noyau 3.19.0-39 sur lequel l'ordi démarre par défaut.
Mais du coup, je constate que le simple fait de passer par le menu Grub te permet de démarrer donc ça ne semble pas nécessaire de passer par ce noyau précédent. Je n'ai aucune idée sur la raison de ce problème ni comment le résoudre.

Sur mes ordi j'appuie sur "echap" pour avoir le Grub, mais peu importe puisque c'est le même objectif.

C'est bien la touche SHIFT qui répond au cas de Lebas comme on peut voir dans ce paragraphe de la doc Grub : 3.1 Afficher le menu GRUB
On peut y lire : "Le menu de GRUB ne s’affiche pas au démarrage d’un PC mono-système. Il suffit de laisser la touche Majuscule (shift) enfoncée avant le chargement de GRUB pour l'afficher. ". Le mot qui compte, c'est "mono-système" qui signifie que ça concerne les cas où seulement une installation d'une distribution utilisant Grub est installée. Dans le cas d'un multi-boot (y compris un dual-boot Windows / Ubuntu) , il n'y a pas besoin de presser la touche SHIFT parce que le menu Grub s'affiche automatiquement.
Donc zephirin, si tu es en multi-boot sur tes ordis, tu n'es pas concerné.

Merci à vous, j'ai encore (et ça va continuer) appris des choses notamment que j'étais en mono système puisque je n'ai qu'ubuntu sur ma machine.

Je viens d'enlever "resolu"  car de nouveau l'écran reste violet.
Là, j'écris de ma tablette.
J'ai essayé toutes les options du menu grub et l'écran reste violet.
N'y aurait-il qu'une nouvelle installation à faire, ce que j'ai déjà fait à plusieurs  reprises.

Cher Malbo, à la suite de ton dernier message et du mien qui en a suivi, je viens de rallumer, par trois fois, mon ordi en ayant au préalable enlever la prise usb du disque dur externe Seagate. L'ordi redémarre normalement. Comment cela peut-il se produire alors que j'ai le disque dur externe depuis quelques mois et que la plupart du temps l'ordi a toujours redémarré avec le disque dur externe branché?

Dans ton Boot-Info que j'ai collé dans le post #15, on voit qu'il y a un chargeur d'amorçage de Grub dans le MBR du disque dur externe sda :

Je suppose que quand tu démarres l'ordi avec ce disque dur externe sda qui est branché, le démarrage s'effectue sur ce disque dur et pour une raison que je ne sais pas expliquer, ce type de démarrage ne fonctionne pas bien. Pour que tu n'aies plus d'ennuis, il faudrait que tu parviennes à régler ton Bios pour que la priorité de démarrage se fasse sur le disque dur interne sdb (celui dans lequel Ubuntu est installé) et non pas sur le disque dur externe. Si tu ne parviens pas à le faire, il faudra te résoudre à aller dans le Boot Menu au démarrage (pour y accéder il faut appuyer sur une certaine touche au démarrage qui dépend du fabricant de l'ordi : chez certains, c'est la touche F12, chez d'autres c'est la touche F9 ou peut-être la touche Echap) et quand tu seras dans ce Boot Menu, que tu sélectionnes ton disque dur interne sdb.

A cette époque, le démarrage sur ton disque externe ne pouvait pas se faire parce qu'il n'était pas bootable. La responsabilité de la situation actuelle, je pense qu'elle est partagée : c'est Boot-Repair qui a fait le sale boulot mais je pense que tu n'as pas su l'utiliser convenablement. Dans le Boot-Repair du post #15, on voit cet extrait qui montre que tu as accepté une réparation recommandée de Boot-Repair et que tu as ainsi laissé faire ce sale boulot :

Bonjour Malbo et encore merci pour ta disponibilité.
Je suis allé dans le boot menu, j'ai sélectionné le disque dur interne noté comme disque dur portable ( je n'ai pas de sda ou sdb notés) mais lorsque le disque dur externe est branché l'ordi ne démarre toujours pas.
Lorsque je le débranche et rallume l'ordi qui démarre alors normalement, j'ai ce message avant que le menu grub apparaisse :" une série de chiffre comme hier (0.78 92 12) puis APCI PCC Probe Failed".
Voilà mais comme noté plus haut le disque dur externe débranché permet le démarrage normal de l'ordi.

On y voit que ton disque dur externe sda répond au doux nom de "Seagate Expansion" alors que tes deux disques internes sdb et sdc devraient apparaître dans ton Boot Menu sous la désignation "HTS54755". Peux-tu vérifier si dans le Boot Menu tu as bien la possibilité de sélectionner le démarrage sur un ou deux disques désignés "HTS54755" ?

Enfin concernant le post 19 ce n'est pas APCI mais ACPI qu'il faut lire.

Je pense que les deux disques durs HTS54755 étaient d'origine dans ton ordi HP Pavillon dv7. Si tu déconnectes le disque dur externe puis que tu démarres l'ordi en pressant la touche F9 au démarrage, normalement tu dois arriver dans le Boot Menu. Peux-tu décrire ce que tu vois dans ce Boot Menu ?
