Récupération des partitions perdu suite à la mise à jour de windows
Bonsoir,
J'ai besoin de votre aide pour retrouver mes partitions perdues suite à la mise à jour de windows 10 sur un ancien bios et en dual boot avec Linux mint.
Pendant la mise à jour de Windows 10 et suite au démarrage de l'ordinateur, j'ai eu un un message d'erreur GRUB RESCUE.
Avec l'aide du forum, j'ai trouvé la solution : terminer l'installation de Windows ensuite récupérer les partitions Linux avec Testdisk.
La première étape s'est bien passé et j'ai pu terminé l'installation de Windows en utilisant boot-repair ci-dessous le résultat:

Ensuite avec testdisk, j'ai essayé de récupérer mes partitions et la c'est le drame.
J'ai perdu ma deuxième partition NTFS, j'ai jamais récupéré Linux
En lançant une recherche rapide j'ai :

je trouve en bas ma partition et avec P je trouve mes documents avec quelques lignes en rouge
en lancant deep search j'ai :

je retrouve en bas ma partition NTFS et mes documents
J'ai réussi à récupérer l'ensemble des mes information sur les deux partitions.
En essayant de changer le type de la partition j'ai en rouge Structure Bad.
A ce niveau ça me dépasse et j'ai peur d'empirer les choses.
Je compte sur votre aide pour résoudre ce problème.

Souvent, la partition sda5 - qui est la seule survivante dans le drame (*) - est la partition swap. Dans ton cas, c'est une partition NTFS. C'est un cas un peu plus rare mais déjà vu (voir le cas de polao).
Moi je ne sais pas t'aider avec Testdisk. Peut-être que des connaisseurs pourront le faire.

en lancant deep search j'ai :

J'ai réussi à récupérer l'ensemble des mes informations sur les deux partitions.
En essayant de changer le type de la partition j'ai en rouge Structure Bad.A ce niveau ça me dépasse et j'ai peur d'empirer les choses.
Je compte sur votre aide pour résoudre ce problème.

Tu as fais le nécessaire: C'est à dire récupérer les données de la partition perdue sur un support externe.
Jamais tu ne pourras la faire ressusciter.
Tu peux donc la supprimer. Il me semble que c'est SDA5.
Il faut que tu fabriques de nouvelles partitions au besoin en rediminuant la taille du C:.

bonjour, Bougron a certainement raison, le tout est de savoir si Windows à fait des écritures dans les partitions Linux supprimées, si ce ne n'est pas le cas alors c'est récupérable par testdisk, dans le cas contraire c'est mort et tu as fait le plus important: la récupération de la plupart de tes documents.
à l'avenir pour parer à une récidive de Windows:
tu sauvegardes ton partitionnement (primaires et logiques)
Backup : sudo sfdisk -d /dev/sda > sda.part (à mettre ailleurs que sur le disque concerné)
Restaure : sudo sfdisk --force /dev/sda < sda.part

dans ce cas oui, je ne peux pas t'indiquer de laquelle il s'agit car je ne connais pas tes partitions originales.
il faut faire enter sur la dite partition et ensuite un w.
cela serait bien que tu nous fasses un copié/collé pour nous indiquer le résultat d'un queek-search complet lorsque les lignes sont en vertes.
la partition en start 426212524 .... est certainement celle de ton Linux Mint
tu peux faire une sauvegarde avec testdisk et revenir à la config actuelle ...(ou avec sfdisk comme je l'ai indiqué)

La partition qui commence au cylindre 6815 (celle que je veux récupérer) ce termine au cylindre 10340 254 63 et la partition NTFS que j'ai récupéré commence au cylindre 10340 56 20 est ce qu'il s'agit de deux partitions qui chevauchent?

en effet, d'après tes indications il y a chevauchement mais je ne vois nul part la partition que tu indiques 10340 56 20 ???
mais celle démarrant en cylindre 10341
pour un humain vérifier si un chevauchement, c'est simple, il faut convertir CHS en LBA
la formule est LBA=(S-1)+(H*Nombre de secteur par piste)+(C*Nombre de secteur par cylindre)

régler 255 dans head et 63 pour secteur (63 secteurs/piste)
sinon si tu listes avec P la partition linux démarrant en cylindre 6815, qu'en est t'il ?

cette fois le listening me semble complet, si aucune ligne en rouge des fichiers système alors elle doit pouvoir rebooter...
il faudra bien sûr réinstaller grub dans le mbr.

je ne me rappelle pas vraiment de la taille exacte des partions, mais ça me semble correct, les partitions linux sont de petites tailles car je stockais mes fichiers sur la partition NTFS.

c'est quoi wael ? est ce que ton home était séparé ou pas ?
en tout cas après avoir fait un rewrite de tes anciennes partitions tu devrais refaire un bootinfoscrip
et surtout n'oublie pas les 2 lignes ci-dessous: maintes fois, elles m'ont remis d'aplomb mon disque en quelques secondes.. jamais besoin de testdisk. (ton Windows peut recommencer)
Backup : sudo sfdisk -d /dev/sda > sda.part (à mettre ailleurs que sur le disque concerné)
Restaure : sudo sfdisk --force /dev/sda < sda.part

je pense que la solution est de supprimer la partition NTFS, récupérer mes 3 partitions Linux, ensuite créer avec l'espace vide restant une nouvelle partition NTFS pour le stockage des fichiers.
oui c'est une possibilité, mais non poutant elle ne se chevauchent pas:
fin de la linux: 10340 246 18 = secteur numéro 166127615
début de la NTFS: 10341 56 20 = secteur numéro 166131712
tu peux faire comme cela, remettre déjà le linux opérationnel, et voir après..
que donne la commande: sudo sfdisk -d
? tu es en live ou tu fais testdisk depuis windows ?

ok j'ai modifié le message précédent, non elles ne se chevauchent pas, faut voir pourquoi testdisk ne veut pas réécrire la linux + la NTFS
je te laisse continuer les récups linux.
fin de la linux: 10340 246 18 = secteur numéro 166127615
début de la NTFS: 10341 56 20 = secteur numéro 166131712

pas facile de répondre car il faut rassembler tous les morceaux dispersés des posts tesdisk, si tu étais en live, tu pourrais faire des commande linux (fdisk, sfdisk...)
seule la partition système peut être écrite, tu récupéres dans ce cas les documents de ton home séparé, tu commentes dans /etc/fstab la ligne du montage du home séparé et tu fais rebooter linux, (faudra réinstaller le grub dans mbr, Windows la viré)
après tu laisses tombé testdisk, gparted..
edit: testdisk n'est pas toujours miraculeux, d'ailleurs il ne sait pas reconstituer mes partitions luks, c'est pour cela que les sauvegardes avec sfdisk sont très appréciables et je gagne mon temps.
