*** Fatal error: open(/dev/hdc): No such file or directory.

gpart /dev/hdc il me semble que l'as déjà utilisé gparted..

sudo mount /dev/sda6 /mnt
sudo mkdir /mnt/home/wael
sudo chown 1000:1000 /mnt/home/wael
et modifie la ligne du fstab:
sudo nano /mnt/etc/fstab commenter avec #
#UUID=e00ab720-230a-4271-af49-4bfa000874d2 /home ext4 defaults 0 2

cat /etc/fstab
# /etc/fstab: static file system information.

# Use 'blkid' to print the universally unique identifier for a
# device; this may be used with UUID= as a more robust way to name devices
# that works even if disks are added and removed. See fstab(5).

/dev/disk/by-uuid/71197682-36b9-4ac5-ac83-0d6db39feadf /home auto nosuid,nodev,nofail,x-gvfs-show 0 0
