Grub rescue après formatage de windows

Bonjours,

Cela fait des semaines que je suis bloqué sur ce problème malgré des heures passées à lire les forums mais n'ayant toujours pas résolu  le problème,  je me lance... J'ai voulu reformater mon Windows 7, première fois depuis que j'ai fait une partition avec Ubuntu. Sauf que lorsque l'ordinateur a voulu redémarrer après l'opération, il a affiché "Error: no such partition. Entering rescue mode...".

J'ai essayé de réparer le GRUB menu en insérant d'abord un live CD et puis une clé ubuntu qui n'ont tous les deux pas voulu fonctionner même en changeant l'ordre des priorités dans le menu des BIOS. Pour la clé,  il m'affiche "Disk error. Press any key to restart ".

J'ai aussi vu sur les forums qu'il y avait parfois moyen de résoudre le problème en interagissant directement avec le grub rescue. En faisant "ls", j'obtiens ceci: " (hd0) (hd0,msdos3) (hd0,msdos2) (hd0,msdos1) (fd0)" Je devrais alors utiliser des commandes du genre "set root" et "set prefixe" mais je me suis un peu emmêlé les pinceaux et n'ai pas réussi à obtenir quelque chose de probant.

Remarque: Au démarrage de mon ordi, si je presse F8, je peux accéder à l'option "Vaio care récupération", l'option même qui était dans le grub menu et qui m'a permis de faire le formatage. J'ai pu alors faire un diagnostique matériel VAIO qui vérifie entre autre l'état du disque dur. On peut y "tester et réparer " les différentes partitions séparément. Ces dernières sont listées avec leur taille totale respective  (100M pour la 2, 463581M pour la 3 et 13257M pour la 1).

Enfin voilà,  je ne sais pas si il y a vraiment moyen de tout résoudre en quelques lignes de code dans le grub rescue ou si la lire key/cd est vraiment nécessaire mais dans les deux cas, je suis vraiment bloqué... Merci d'avance pour votre aide!

Rien qu'à lire ça, je me dis que la partition racine de Ubuntu a disparu lors de cette opération (*). Je te prie de démarrer ton ordi sur un support Live (LiveUSB ou LiveDVD) de Ubuntu 14.04 ou 16.04, de sélectionner "Essayer Ubuntu sans installer" (Try Ubuntu without installing) et depuis la session live de Ubuntu, faire un Boot-Info. Tu donneras l'URL de ce Boot-Info dans ta répons : je pourrai te confirmer la chose (Ubuntu disparu).

(*) quand il y a réécriture de la table de partition depuis Windows (que ce soit depuis une session d'un Windows installé sur disque dur ou que ce soit depuis un CD de réparation), cet enfoiré de la_daube vire les partitions logiques qui ne sont pas numérotées dans l'ordre du disque (manip de mise en évidence du pb ici).

Mais je n'arrive même pas à ouvrir une session sur support Live de Ubuntu...
Mon ordinateur ne lit ni le CD, ni la clé USB qu'une personne de mon entourage m'a passée,  malgré les manips dans les BIOS...

Dans le manuel de ton modèle (ici), il est mentionné : "Appuyez sur la touche F2 lorsque le logo VAIO apparaît. L'écran de configuration du BIOS s'affiche. Si cet écran ne s'affiche pas, redémarrez l'ordinateur et appuyez à plusieurs reprises sur la touche F2 lorsque le logo VAIO apparaît.". Peux-tu le faire et indiquer si tu parviens bien à aller dans le Bios de cette façon ?

La clé usb que j'ai utilisée n'est pas celle que je pensais...
Je vais tenter de me procurer (ça risque de prendre du temps) une vraie Ubuntu live key qui devrait elle fonctionner!
A partir de là,  je pourrai faire le Boot-info que tu m'as demandé. wink

(Remarque : pour le menu des BIOS, j'avais déjà réussi à y accéder et à configurer les "boot priority" pour permettre de lire le support live au démarrage.)

Voilà j'ai pu me procuré une live-key d'ubuntu qui fonctionne!

On ne voit plus aucune installation de Ubuntu dans ton disque dur. Je suppose que tu t'attendais à retrouver une installation de Ubuntu mais la réinstallation de Windows 7 que tu as faite a probablement viré cette installation de Ubuntu afin d'installer Windows 7 tout seul dans le disque dur.
Puisque tu as Windows 7 tout seul dans cet ordi, je te suggère de réparer le démarrage de Windows 7. Si tu n'y arrives pas, demande de l'aide sur un forum Windows.

C'est drôle que sony n'ait pas prévu de remettre en état le MBR de boot
Mais boot-repair a une option avancée qui permet de refabriquer une MBR windows .
(testdisk aussi)

J'avais vu sur quelques forums qu'il était possible de réparer le le MBR Windows à partir d'un disque d'installation que l'on peut graver depuis son ordinateur (intacte), ce que je n'avais pas fait...

Est-ce qu'il faut faire une manip spéciale pour ça ou est-ce qu'un boot-repair le fait automatiquement ?
J'avoue ne pas trop savoir comment m'y prendre...

Problème résolu !
J'ai utilisé le boot-repair et mon ordinateur démarre correctement sur Windows 7.
Par contre, dernière petite question: si un jour l'envie me prenait, serait-il encore possible de reinstaller Ubuntu sur mon ordinateur ?
