Bonjour,

J'ai ubuntu sur mon PC portable et internet marchait très bien en wifi ou en c^able jusqu'à une mauvaise manipulation. Depuis le PC n'a plus de son et il ne retrouve plus les réseaux existants et pire lorsque je branche le cable ethernet, rien ne se passe, toujours pas de connexion. je vois des erreurs sur sda. Un expert pourra nous dire si les erreurs sont grâves ou non.

une analyse smart de sda via smartmontools ne sera possible que si déjà installé.
que donne

 sudo smartctl -a /dev/sda

si erreur, as-tu l'outil "Disques" dans un menu ?
en ligne de commande :

gnome-disks

il permet d'afficher les données smart d'un disque.

et pour le disque, il me propose une fenêtre "Disques" avec :
- 160 GB Disque Dur : estimation : le disque est sain, 4 secteurs endommagés
- OU CD/DVD Drive

Attend, c'est pas forcement la solution, c'est histoire de voir si un ancien noyau corrige le problème.

Pour la suite, il y a peu être une incompatibilité entre ta machine et le dernier noyau.

que donne

uname -a

la solution serait de ne pas utiliser le noyau qui pose problème mais en espérant qu'une mise à jour corrige ce problème.

et je ne sais pas les conséquences sur les mises à jour le fait de démarrer sur un ancien noyau.

un expert pourra nous guider pour la suite.
