[Résolu] Dual boot - Windows 10 ne se lance pas
Bonjour à tous,
Voilà, j'ai installé Ubuntu aujourd'hui. J'avais Windows 10, j'ai décidé d'installer en partitionnant : une partie Windows, une autre Ubuntu et une dernière documents.
Bref l'installation s'est bien passée, Ubuntu pas de problème ça fonctionne bien. Par contre dans grub quand je veux lancer Windows, c'est bloqué sur une page toute mauve. Je dois faire ctl alt delete pour faire redémarrer.
Quelqu'un saurait - il m'aider? Merci d'avance.

Depuis une session de ton Ubuntu installé, je te prie de faire un Boot-Info et de donner l'URL de ce Boot-Info dans ta réponse.

Pourtant quand j'ai partitionné j'ai laissé beaucoup d'espace pour laisser tourner Windows. Je serais le récupérer?

Le Windows 10 était-il préinstallé à l'achat de l'ordi ou bien est-ce que c'est toi qui l'avais installé ?

Windows 8 était installé, j'ai updaté vers Windows 10

Est-ce que tu avais des données précieuses dans Windows 10 pour lesquelles tu n'avais pas fait de sauvegarde préalable sur disque dur externe ? Si oui, je t'invite à contacter un spécialiste de récupération de données mais il y a peu d'espoir de retrouver l'intégralité de ces données. Si tu as pris l'heureuse précaution de sauvegarder ces bijoux de famille, je te conseille de repartir à zéro c'est à dire par l'installation d'un Windows 10 tout neuf puis l'installation d'un Ubuntu tout neuf en dual-boot (doc).

Bon ben, finalement j'ai réinstallé Ubuntu au complet. Tant pis pour Windows.

Est-ce que cette tentative ratée de dual-boot t'a fait perdre des données précieuses qui se trouvaient dans Windows ?

Non j'ai hérité d'un nouveau pc, je n'avais encore rien mis dessus. La seule chose qui m'intéressait encore dedans c'était Office 365.
