[RESOLU] "L'installateur a planté" sur install 16.04 et 14.04
Bonjour,
Sur un ordinateur neuf fixe "Asus M32CD-FR145T", je décide de supprimer Windows 10 et d'installer Ubuntu.
Systématiquement, l'installation plante avec ce message "L'installateur a planté".
J'ai essayé du 16.04, du 14.04, via DVD ou clé USB.
J'ai désactivé le "secure boot" du BIOS ASUS, j'ai également changé le mode "UEFI" en "Other OS".
Lorsque l'installateur se coupe, j'ai un rapide écran m'indiquant que je n'ai pas de place sur mon disque, que j'ai dépassé les 8Go alloués (alors que le disque fait 1To).
J'ai formaté totalement le disque (en suspectant une partition Windows un peu récalcitrante), même problème.
Quand j'essaie de faire la table de partition moi-même, l'installateur fige lorsque je crée un partition "swap".
Même durant l'étape de création de partition, quand j'essaie de créer une partition EFI comme conseillé par l'installateur, j'ai une erreur bloquante m'indiquant que je n'ai pas la place (malgré les quelques 500Go d'espace non alloués).
Une idée ?

Depuis une session live de Ubuntu 16.04, je te prie de faire un Boot-Info et de donner l'URL de ce Boot-Info dans ta réponse.

A noter, dans une session Live Ubuntu 16.04, j'ai un message d'erreur permanent : "This computer has only 49.3 MB disk space remaining".

A noter aussi, même en live USB 16.04, j'ai ce message et l'OS plante au bout de quelques minutes.

Peut-être que cette info sera utile. Après le plantage de l'installation, si j'enlève les supports bootable et que je laisse juste le disque dur, l'écran Ubuntu apparait quelques secondes.
Ensuite, j'ai un message qui défile pendant des kilomètres :

paste.debian.net ko (), using paste2En l'état, il est impossible de démarrer cette installation (il n'y a même pas de fichier de configuration de grub parce que l'installation a planté avant) : il faudra la refaire.
On retrouve le même message que tu as collé dans le post #5 (PCIe Bus Error: severity=Corrected, type=Physical Layer) dans le rapport de Bug #1521173. Du coup, j'ai retrouvé plusieurs discussions du forum dans lesquelles il y a ce Bug #1521173 et j'ai sélectionné celle-ci qui a été initialisée par mohican afin de m'appuyer dessus pour t'expliquer quoi faire : https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=2004281
On retrouve dans le post #1 de cette discussion de mohican, le message "PCIe Bus Error: severity=Corrected, type=Physical Layer" et le phénomène de l'installation qui bloque car "il n'y a plus d'espace disponible" que tu as signalé.
Pour démarrer une session live correcte, je te suggère de procéder comme je l'ai suggéré à mohican dans le post #2 de la discussion mais au lieu d'ajouter "nomodeset pci=noaer", tu ajouteras seulement "pci=noaer" (seule cette option est nécessaire, nomodeset serait même néfaste d'après le post #5). Si tu parviens à démarrer une session live avec ce paramètre "pci=noaer", je te prie de refaire totalement ton installation en écrasant tout ce qu'il y avait précédemment sur le disque dur. Après installation, tu ne parviendras par à démarrer normalement ton Ubuntu installé. N'essaie même pas de le faire pour éviter que ça écrive des millions de lignes d'erreur dans un fichier log : passe tout de suite le paramètre de noyau pci=noaer comme j'explique dans ce post : https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.p … 1#p9820021 sauf que tu ajouteras pci=noaer au lieu de nomodeset
Une fois que tu seras arrivé dans ta session du Ubuntu installé, il conviendra de mettre ce paramètre "en dur" dans la procédure de démarrage pour t'éviter d'avoir à le faire en manuel. C'est expliqué par alca94 dans ce post : https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.p … #p16502491 sauf que toi tu devras obtenir : GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash pci=noaer"
EDIT : quelques commentaires sur ce putain de bug. Ce n'est pas un bug de Ubuntu mais un bug du noyau Linux lui-même si j'ai bien compris. Il semble qu'il affecte seulement les ordis équipés d'un processeur Intel de la sixième génération dite Skylake. C'est bien le cas du processeur Intel Core i5-6400 qui équipe ton ordinateur de bureau Asus M32CD-FR145T (d'après le descriptif de cette page)

Merci malbo pour tes conseils éclairés.
J'avais fouiné sur les forums mais rien trouvé de concluant.
Je n'ai pas fait la manip que tu proposes, mais en regardant tes liens, j'ai constaté qu'un autre internaute avait résolu son soucis en déconnectant son chip Wifi interne. J'ai démonté mon PC (adieu chère garantie !) et j'ai enlevé matériellement le chip Wifi interne.
J'ai relancé une install, aucun soucis à déplorer.
Ubuntu boot, et je n'ai plus aucun message d'erreur à la toque.
Je marque donc ça comme résolu.

Cette information est certainement précieuse pour d'autres ubunteros en galère. Pourrais-tu donner quelque info sur ce "chip Wifi interne" ? Je suppose qu'il s'agit d'une carte WiFi ; ce serait utile si tu pouvais donner la référence de cette carte WiFi. J'ai vu qu'on mentionne le module WiFi RTL8723BE dans le rapport de Bug (en particulier ICI). Est-ce que ta carte WiFi contient ce module RTL8723BE ou bien s'agit-il d'une autre référence de module ?

Il y a eu une erreur de codage dans rtl8821ae depuis son introduction,
à savoir qu'un registre de 8 bits a été lu en utilisant une lecture de 16 bits dans
_rtl8821ae_dbi_read (). Cette erreur a été corrigée avec commit 40b368af4b75
("rtlwifi: Corrige les problèmes d'alignement"); cependant, ce changement a conduit à
instabilité dans la connexion. Pour restaurer la stabilité, ce changement
a été rétabli dans commit b8b8b16352cd ("rtlwifi: rtl8821ae: Corriger la connexion
problème perdu ").Malheureusement, l'accès non aligné entraîne des vérifications de machine dans ARM
l'architecture, et nous avons finalement été contraints de trouver la cause réelle de la
problème sur les plates-formes x86. Suite à une suggestion de Pkshih
<pkshih@realtek.com>, il a été constaté que l'augmentation de l'ASPM L1
latence de 0 à 7 fixe l'instabilité. Ce paramètre a été modifié pour
voir si une plus petite valeur fonctionnerait; cependant, il semble que 7 est le
valeur la plus sûre. Un nouveau symbole est défini pour cette quantité, donc il peut être
