[Résolu]Mise à jour Logiciel-Problème logiciel

Bonjour,

Lors de ma connexion ce matin, il y a 7 mises à jour en attente que je lance.
La mise à jour s'arrête à la 6ème, elle concerne le système.

J'utilise les commandes :
    sudo apt update
    sudo apt full_upgrade
Le message "Problème logiciel détecté/Voulez-vous signaler le problème maintenant?/Annuler    Signaler le problème..."
"Désolé, Ubuntu 16.04 a rencontré une erreur interne. En cas de nouveaux problèmes, essayer de redémarrer votre ordinateur'
Ne sachant comment copier l'intégralité du texte j'ai fait ces copies d'écran :

Cet après-midi je redémarre l'ordinateur : il n'y a plus de mise à jour à faire : la commande sudo apt full-upgrade donne le résultat suivant "0 mis à jour, 0 nouvellement installés, 0 à enlever et 0 non mis à jour."

que se passe-t-il?

Peux tu mettre tes retours entre balises code ?

Pas de raison d'avoir un problème.
Tu peux activer les dépôts partenaires, passe par

software-properties-gtk

Puis donne :

sudo apt clean
sudo apt update
sudo apt full-upgrade
sudo apt autoremove --purge

Salut,

Ces messages d'erreur sont générés par le paquet apport. Il est possible de les désactiver en modifiant le fichier /etc/default/apport  en y passant la valeur enabled=1 en enabled=0.

Les rapports d'erreur sont créés dans /var/crash. Pour les voir :

ls -l /var/crash

Ce sont d'assez gros fichiers inutiles sur ton système, à mon avis. Pour les effacer :

sudo rm /var/crash/*

Ces fichiers ne seront plus générés si la valeur enabled est mise à 0 dans /etc/default/apport.

Pas de soucis, donc (pense à corriger le #6 aussi)
Soit tu supportes les rapports (que tu peux normalement désactiver à la 2e alerte), soit tu appliques ce que t'indique ylag (perso je supporte et j'envoie les rapports pour contribuer aux devs)

Bonsoir,

j'ai effectué les modifications dans les différentes discussions.

Puis-je me permettre de vous poser 2 questions hors sujet :
   1) ubuntu 16.04 est installé sur mon disque ssd. j'ai un second disque hdd.
       impossible de l'arrêter. tout se bloque. pour éteindre mon pc j'appuie une dizaine de secondes sur le bouton arrêt-marche.
    2) en 3 connexions ubuntu j'ai eu 2 fois le message suivant :

oui

le ssd contient windows 10 professionnel 64 bits et Ubuntu 16.04.3
Initialement j'avais installé Ubuntu sur le disque HH mais il était "long" à charger.

Tu peux passer ce sujet en Résolu, crée en un nouveau genre "problème arrêt ordi sous dual boot" dans la section "Installation d'Ubuntu"
