[Résolu] Lancement de libre office ne fonctionne pas.

Hello,


Manifestement j'ai un soucis qui ressemble très fortement à celui-ci. Une des manip' citée me pose problème pourtant. Je voudrais essayer le truc de java (car en passant par le gestionnaire de paquet et en supprimant wiki publisher, cela ne change rien) mais je ne trouve pas ce que signifie :

Merci d'avoir ouvert un nouveau chapitre des bugs de démarrage de Libreoffice. Pour rappel, lorsque je veux démarrer une appli Libreoffice, le logo apparait au milieu de l'écran, la barre de chargement se remplit environ jusqu'à 1/3 puis tout disparait, plus rien comme si je n'avais fait que siffler en l'air...

Je suspecte que l'installation de Zotero avec un plugins dans Libreoffice a nécessité d'installer java... et un peu foutu le bordel suite à une mise à jou récente de l'un ou l'autre ?

En effet, dans firefox j'ai installé le plugins firefox de Zotero. Lorsque dans les préférences de Zotero via firefox je décide de réinstaller le pugins pour Libreoffice, j'ai un message d'erreur : 

"Installation could not be completed because an error occurred. Please ensure that LibreOffice/OpenOffice.org/NeoOffice is closed, and then restart Firefox."

Pas de retour pour le sources.list n'est pas normal.

Ensuite, dans les PPA c'est le festival du toxique : getdeb, plusieurs PPA pour LO, teejee (as tu bricolé le kernel ?), webupd8team (dont du java, qui risque de planter les extensions LO)

Pour des retours bien propres, lis ceci : https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=1614731

Redonne :

Puis

lsb_release -a
echo $XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP
ls -l /usr/share/xsessions

(et de fait ton problème n'a rien à voir avec celui que tu avais originellement squatté wink )

Le sources.list est propre.
Par contre, tu as 4 environnements sur le même user : à terme c'est généralement fatal (Xfce, openbox, gnome, Unity)
Tu es passé en HWE, à priori volontairement, plutôt que rester tranquillou sur la 16.04.1.
Tes PPA sont cata comme déjà dit.

Deux possibilités :
- une longue et sans garantie : tenter de nettoyer ce bazar
- une assez rapide et stable : faire une clean install avec ensuite un minimum, minimorum de PPA (tous analysés et connus) avec exclusivement la variante correspondant à tes préférences et usages d'envireonnement.

Merci de ce diagnostique.
- Concernant les environnements que je préfère c'est quand-même un Ubuntu allégé sans Unity en revenant à un bon vieux Gnome.
- Concernant HWE, j'ai choisi d'installer une version LTS (dès la première installation) car cela me semblait la solution la plus fiable pour un novice du linux comme moi... Du coup je devrais passer dans une autre version pour ma vieille bécane c'est bien cela ? Je ne dois pas accepter la première version d'Ubuntu que le site me propose de télécharger ? Désolé si ma question est bien naïve...
- Concernant les PPA je vais essayer de faire un peu de ménage pour voir ce que cela donne...

Je pressens que la bonne réponse est la seconde... wink Avant cela je vais juste nettoyer un peu les PPA et updater au cas ou...) . Mais c'est vrai que quand je bricole, je bricole... Kernel je sais même pas ce que c'est...  Bref, est-ce que la seconde solution signifie que je peux par exemple re-installer juste ce qu'il faut en utilisant un logiciel tel que Aptik ?

→ ls -l /usr/share/xsessions → ( mon interprétation ) ne permet pas de déterminer si les environnements ont été utilisés par divers utilisateurs, on sait juste que root en a utilisé 4 ?

→ on a du 16.04.3 indiqué, mais une floppée de noyaux 4.4 ( 16.04.1 donc ) et un 4.11 probablement installé manuellement. Sur une HWE on aurait plutôt du 4.10 :

Mais oui :
+ la cohabitation de divers environnements est un art délicat, source de pépins
+ les ppa, qui peuvent installer des paquets pas cohérents entre eux,
+ une quantité de noyaux devenue inutile

Pour nettoyer tout ça :
1) ne garder qu'un seul environnement, dans chaque dossier perso supprimer les fichiers de config' concernant les environnements devenus inutiles,
2) revenir à la situation d'avant ppa https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/ppa#en_desins … _de_ce_ppa
3) les noyaux voir https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/kernel#method … e_commande

…demandera du temps et de la précision, alors qu'une clean install' sera plus rapide ( et tant qu'à faire prends une variante d'Ubuntu plus proche de ton usage, je dirais Mate puisque tu sembles fan de l'ancien gnome ) - préalable dans tous les cas : sauvegarder tes données personnelles.

Questions subsidiaires :
- ton installation est en 32 bits, pourquoi ? Ton processeur est si vieux ?
- Java, as-tu vraiment besoin de sa toute dernière version ? ( si tu développes en Java, peut-être mais sinon, la version des dépôts est largement suffisante ).

Tu peux réinstaller une Ubuntu Gnome, ça devient la version principale désormais.

Côté PPA :
anbox.list --> connais pas
andykimpe-ubuntu-gparted-xenial.list --> semble inutile
getdeb.list --> toxique à virer d'urgence
libreoffice-ubuntu-libreoffice-5-1-xenial.list --> doublon inutile du suivant (ne peut que fiche le bazar)
libreoffice-ubuntu-ppa-xenial.list --> si tu as vraiment besoin de la dernière version de LO
openshot_developers-ubuntu-ppa-xenial.list
pj-assis-ubuntu-testing-xenial.list --> connais pas
teejee2008-ubuntu-ppa-xenial.list --> contient des logiciels pour devs ou testeurs, à virer à priori

Grand merci à tous les deux pour votre aide. Je crois que je comprends un peu... Effectivement j'ai du faire pas mal d'essais avec ce petit ordi (un eeepc 1000H 32 bits, avec son vieux WinXP en dual boot)... Je vais devoir songer sérieusement à reprendre mon système linux sur des bases saines. Vos infos expliquent sans doute pourquoi mon ordi était devenu si lent...

Pour l'heure je voudrais tenter de réparer libreoffice et clore ce dossier éventuellement en quelques clics...

Puis j'ai supprimé Libreoffice et réinstallé, reboot, et maintenant quand je le démarre j'ai un message étrange... "Une autre instance de LibreOffice est en train d'accéder à vos paramètres personnels ou ces derniers sont verrouillés. Un accès simultané peut provoquer des incohérences dans vos paramètres personnels. Avant de continuer, assurez-vous que l'utilisateur 'Romain' quitte bien LibreOffice sur l'hôte 'romain-1000H'... Si je dis que je veux démarrer quand-même, ça ne fais rien du tout. Comme si je n'avais rien lancé.

Disons que c'est l'un ou l'autre, perso je recommande le ppa d'une branche de LO ( 5.1 ou 5.2 ou 5.3 etc… ) plutôt que la dernière version à tout prix.

Pour faire le ménage dans tes ppa, as-tu bien utilisé l'utilitaire ppa-purge pour, non seulement virer les ppa, mais surtout désinstaller ce qu'ils avaient amené, et revenir à la situation saine des dépôts officiels ?

Quant à « Une autre instance de LibreOffice est en train d'accéder à vos paramètres personnels… » c'est tordu.
→ as-tu complètement quitté puis relancé ta session , voire redémarrer le pc ?
→ est-ce que LibreOffice n'essaierait pas de se lancer au démarrage du pc ? À vérifier dans « applications au démarrage »…
→ un problème de droits / permissions sur le profil LO dans ton dossier perso ?

ls -la ~/.config/libreoffice/4/user/

pour voir qui a les droits.
Sinon renommer ce profil, pour que la prochaine ouverture de LO en crée un nouveau :

mv ~/.config/libreoffice ~/.config/libreoffice_ancien

→ dans moniteur système, onglet processus, voir combien de fois LibreOffice apparaît et avec quel utilisateur ( afficher tous les processus ou tous les utilisateurs )

Pour les noyaux : la commande

sudo apt autoremove --purge

devrait en supprimer quelques-uns.
Est-ce que tu sais comment / pourquoi le noyau 4.11 est arrivé là ?

Le -1 sert à avoir le retour sur une colonne : plus fastoche à lire
Les puristes te diront qu'il faut un :

cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/*.list

because les suppressions de PPA laissent des .list vides, mais bon, je pense qu'on s'en fout, vide ou pas vide, si un PPA toxique est là, il a du laisser des traces tongue
