[résolu] Récupération de films sur disque dur externe

Bonjour,
Lorsque j'ai voulu faire une copie de sauvegarde du disque dur externe sur lequel j'ai mes films, j'ai un message d'erreur (problème d'entrée/sortie) pour quelques uns d'entre eux. Je peux les lire sans problème depuis le disque dur d'origine, mais impossible de les copier sur mon ordi ou sur un autre disque dur externe. Je précise que la partition est chiffrée puisque j'ai cru comprendre qu'on ne pouvait pas utiliser certains logiciels de récupération de fichiers dans ce cas.
Merci si quelqu'un a une solution.

Bonsoir
Si tu peux lire et visualiser le contenu des fichiers chiffrés de ton disque dur interne, je ne vois absolument pas ce qui t'empêche de les copier  sur d'autres partitions.   
Mais le contenu recopié ne sera plus chiffré.  Il sera lisible pour tous.

Si ton disque dur externe a des ennuis "entrée/sortie", il serait bon que tu nous communiques son état général paragraphes 1.1 et 3.2 de https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/smartmontools

Bonsoir.
Je crois que ton disque neuf est inutilisable, la mécanique  n'est pas terrible et le magnétisme est nul.

Déja 2106 erreurs en 122 heures de fonctionnement  !!!
et surtout 252 secteurs qui ont du être remplacés tellement ils étaient de mauvaise qualité.
et 70 secteurs qui ne peuvent plus être remplacés tellement ils se sont auto-détruits.

Quasiment tous  les compteurs semblent exploser. Comme je poste depuis un ipad, je ne t'en dis pas plus ce soir.

Utiliser REFIND au lieu du GRUB https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/refind . Aidez à vous faire dépanner en suivant le guide et en utilisant les outils de diagnostic J'ai perdu ma gomme. Désolé pour les fautes d'orthographes non corrigées.

Merci pour le diagnostic. Je vais essayer de me familiariser avec cet outil.
Questions subsidiaires :
- est-ce qu'il existe un moyen de sauver les films ? (il y en a quelques uns auxquels je tiens et qui sont assez difficiles à trouver)
- est-ce qu'il est possible de "soigner" le disque dur pour continuer à l'utiliser ?

Bonjour.
Avant de porter ton disque à la déchéterie ou de faire jouer la garantie, tu peux rècupérer ce qui est lisible de la façon suivante.
A) Acheter un autre disque d'au moins 500 go
B) Dupliquer le contenu lisible du disque malade sur le disque sain avec ddrescue .  https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/ddrescue
C) Mettre des zéros dans les secteurs qui n'ont pas été recopiés.
D) Cela devrait devrait permettre de relire les fichiers avec des portions ayant des zéros .
Cependant, je ne sais pas comment le logiciel de chiffrement va réagir lorsqu'il va découvrir des secteurs ayant des zéros au lieu d'une vraie donnée chiffrée.
