Ubuntu 14.04 endommagé lors arret intempestif durant mise a jour

Bonjour
J'ai effectué des mises à jour sur mon portable en ubuntu 14.04 et lors de l'installation de paquets l'ordi s'est brutalement arreté. Ensuite impossible de redémarrer.
J'ai utilisé une clef usb avec ubuntu 18.04 en mode Try et suivi les instructions suivantes:

sudo -s
mount /dev/sda1 /mnt
mount -o bind /dev /mnt/dev
mount -o bind /proc /mnt/proc
cp /proc/mounts /mnt/etc/mtab
chroot /mnt

Puis:

sudo dpkg --configure -a 

Et la m reponse

Setting up click-apparmor (0.2ubuntu1) ...

Je ne sais comment avancer....

As tu essayé de démarrer en mode recovery? ou avec un ancien noyau?

et si je fais sudo update-grub ca donne

Pas acces a grub

Pour accéder à grub, il faut appuyer continuellement sur Echap ou Shift dès que la page permettant d'accéder au bios disparaît. As tu essayé cette procédure?

Faire un update-grub à partir d'une live, je ne crois pas que ça fonctionne.

Grand merci, j'ai réussi à demarrer sur une version anterieure. Je relance la mise à jour
