[Résolu] Nvidia basse resolution après mise à jour vers 18.04
Bonjour,
Je viens de faire une mise à jour de 16.04 vers 18.04 (PC bureau + GTX 960)
Je me retrouve en très basse resolution. (320x200 ?)
comment arranger ce pb

Il te faut probablement installer les pilotes propriétaires pour ta carte graphique nvidia.

Salut,
Je ne connais pas nvidia-smi.
Ouvre « Paramètres système » → « Logiciels & mises à jour » → onglet « Pilotes additionnels », regarde ce qui est proposé pour ta carte et choisis ce qui est marqué « testé » ou « recommandé ».
Voir la doc à ce sujet: gestionnaire_de_pilotes_proprietaires

J'ai la même chose depuis l'interface graphique. Ubuntu propose deux drivers:

Commence par essayer celui marqué « recommended ».
Ajout: Quel pilote utilisais-tu en 16.04 ?

le pilote proprio.
Je soupçonne un mauvais mélange de fichiers de config.
J'ai essayé au petit bonheur:
$ cvt 1600 900

As-tu finalement tenté l'installation du pilote proprio?
C'est à faire avant de te lancer dans la création de modes d'affichage, à mon avis.

j'ai purgé les pilotes et réinstallé la version 390. Je pense que ce qui a débloqué la situation c'est:
$ cat /etc/default/grub | grep LINUX
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash"
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX=""
#GRUB_DISABLE_LINUX_UUID=true

Je vais essayé de réinstaller la version 418 ...
